Had an incredible start to December! On Monday, December 1, 2025, we hosted our very first exclusive webinar: “Ask Me Anything: State of xCloud & the Future.” The energy from the community was incredible right from the moment we went live, with 50+ attendees joining within the first few minutes.

This year has been a major milestone for xCloud. With over 100,000 websites deployed, massive feature releases, and a rapidly growing global community, we felt it was the perfect time to bring everyone together and have an open, honest conversation about where we’ve been and where we’re headed next.
If you joined us live, you know the session was packed with valuable insights, candid discussions about our journey, and exciting reveals about the future of xCloud. Let’s recap the webinar and see the full webinar at a glance.
A Year of Breaking Barriers
As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to bridge the gap between our code and our community. This webinar wasn’t just about presenting slides—it was about having a real conversation.
Our Founder, M. Asif Rahman, Partner Shahjahan Jewel, CTO Nasir Nobin, and Product Manager Shifat Hossain joined the live stage to share the reality behind building xCloud.

We spoke openly about the challenges we faced and how we turned them into fuel for growth, and the results speak for themselves.
From the very beginning, transparency has been at the core of xCloud, and during this session, we truly appreciated the overwhelming interactions from our community. We discussed our challenges, breakthroughs, and the incredible pace at which xCloud has grown since early 2024.
This year, our team worked around the clock to deliver:
🚀 64 major features to expand your hosting capabilities
🛠️ 180+ improvements and fixes to ensure maximum stability and performance
🌐 100,000+ websites successfully deployed on xCloud
Our team has worked tirelessly week after week designing, building, testing, and refining the platform alongside your feedback. As CTO Nasir Nobin shared during the session, every feature in xCloud is the result of continuous collaboration across teams.
Webinar Recap: What We Discussed During the Webinar
Our recent xCloud webinar was hosted as an open Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, where we connected directly with users, agency owners, developers, and hosting professionals. The goal was simple: to share where xCloud stands today, openly address community questions, and discuss where we’re heading next.
Let’s take a look at the key topics we discussed during the session.
Why We Built xCloud And How It’s Evolving
“Is xCloud a hosting provider or a control panel?”, one of the attendees asked this question
We kicked off the Q&A by answering this common question and explaining why xCloud was built and how it differs from traditional hosting panels. We clarified that xCloud isn’t just another hosting company; it’s a modern hosting control platform designed to give users complete freedom.
Whether you choose xCloud-managed servers, your own VPS, or a white-label reseller setup, our goal is simple: remove complexity while keeping full control in your hands.
Our Commitment to WordPress
A significant portion of the discussion focused on WordPress, and we made it clear that WordPress remains a core priority for xCloud. While we continue to expand into Docker-based applications and one-click tools, we have a dedicated WordPress engineering team focused exclusively on performance, security, updates, and scalability.
We also shared how this team operates independently, allowing us to continuously improve the WordPress experience without slowing down development on Laravel, Node.js, and automation tools like n8n.
How We’re Shipping Features So Fast
Many attendees asked how we’ve been able to ship so many features in such a short time. We shared insights into our parallel development workflow, robust internal testing processes, and our approach of releasing improvements frequently rather than waiting for large, delayed updates.

Listening closely to community feedback plays a huge role here. Many of the features we release come directly from real user requests and real-world hosting challenges.
Security, Backups And Performance
Security and reliability were recurring themes throughout the webinar. We discussed how xCloud handles vulnerability scanning, integrity checks, firewall controls, and flexible backup options.
We also explained how users can choose between local and remote backups, connect their own storage providers, and restore sites whenever needed—all without being locked into a single infrastructure.
Support Improvements And What We Changed
We openly addressed feedback about support from earlier stages of xCloud’s growth. As our user base scaled rapidly, we invested heavily in expanding our support team, introducing 24/7 live chat, and significantly improving response times.
This was an important discussion for us, as reliable support is critical in hosting—and we’re committed to continuously improving it as xCloud grows.
Reseller Hosting And Agency Use Cases
Another major topic was white-label reseller hosting. We walked through how agencies can build and sell their own hosting services using xCloud, manage client access, control pricing, and integrate billing systems.
We also answered questions about payment gateways, automation, and how reseller workflows will continue to improve over time.
Hearing Directly From a Power User
One of the most appreciated moments of the session came from the community spotlight. A long-time user, Ruhani Rabin, joined the live panel to share his personal experience with xCloud.

He explained how he initially approached xCloud with caution, just like many others. Having tested various hosting panels in the past, both open-source and closed-source, he carefully compared performance, analyzed RAM usage, and monitored CPU load. When xCloud surprised him with its speed and consistency, he decided to explore the platform more deeply.
Ruhani spoke about the features he found most valuable. He highlighted how easily he could edit configuration files and how seamless storage integration became, since any S3-compatible provider worked smoothly. He also shared how impressed he was with the pace of updates—features arrived faster than he expected, and his suggestions often turned into real improvements.
His honest reflections added a deeply personal touch to the webinar and reminded everyone that xCloud is built with real user experiences at its core.
