Contact support

Pick the channel that fits your question. Every channel is open to every xCloud customer.

Open a support ticket

Sign in to xCloud and open Support → Create Ticket. Pick a topic, say how urgent it is, select the server or site and attach screenshots. You follow every reply in the ticket.

Best for: Technical problems, billing, free migration and bug reports.

Ask the xCloud Community

Ask other xCloud users, share what you built and follow product news. The xCloud team takes part and collects feature ideas there.

Best for: How-to questions, ideas and feature requests.

  • Live chat

Chat with our team 24/7. Use the chat button on this site, or open Support → Live Chat in xCloud. If chat does not load, turn off ad or privacy blockers, or open a ticket.

Best for: Quick questions and pre-sale questions.

  • Book a meeting

Open Support → Book a Meeting in xCloud to schedule a 30-minute call with our hosting experts.

Best for: Planning a move or a larger setup.

  • Talk to sales

Hosting many sites, reselling or moving an agency? Tell us what you need and we will help you plan it.

Best for: Agencies, resellers and teams.

  • Email

No access to your account? Email us. When you can sign in, a ticket is faster: it shows us your servers and sites.

Best for: When you cannot sign in.

Get a faster answer

A complete first message saves a round of questions. This is what our team asks for most.

What to include in your ticket

  • The server, site or app the problem is on
  • The public URL or domain
  • The exact error message, with a screenshot or screen recording
  • What you expected, and what happened instead
  • When it started, and what changed just before (an update, a DNS change, a restore, a deploy)
  • Whether it affects every visitor or only some

Never paste passwords, private keys or API keys into a ticket or the community. To let our team in, grant support access on the ticket instead.

How urgent is it?

The Create Ticket form asks How urgent is this? Pick the answer that matches the impact:

Critical
A live site or server is down, or customers cannot buy or sign in.
Medium
Something is broken or slow, but your sites still work.
Normal
A question, a how-to, billing, or a request that can wait.

If a live site is down, say so in the subject, and use live chat while your ticket is open.

You control server access

Our team can only reach your servers and sites with your team's support access code, and only for the number of days you allow on a ticket (0 to 30).

SSH access and Magic Login are separate switches, off by default. To end access at any time, open Support → Access Code and select Regenerate.

Frequently asked questions

How do I open a support ticket?

Sign in to xCloud, open Support and select Create Ticket. Choose your team, a topic and how urgent it is, write a subject and describe the problem, then select the server or site it is about. Select Create Ticket to send it.

Do I need a separate account for the Support Portal?

No. The Support Portal is built into xCloud, so you sign in with your xCloud account. Tickets from the old portal at support.xcloud.host are being moved into All Tickets.

What are xCloud's support hours?

Our support team is available 24/7, every day of the week, weekends included. Use live chat or open a ticket at any time.

Can xCloud Support reach my servers without my permission?

No. Support can only reach your servers and sites with your team's support access code, and only for the days you allow on a ticket (0 to 30). SSH access and Magic Login are separate switches you turn on per ticket. You can end access at any time by regenerating the code.

Is support included in my plan?

Yes. Tickets, live chat, meetings and the community are open to every xCloud customer. If you use xCloud through an agency or reseller's own branded dashboard, contact that provider first.

Can xCloud fix my plugin, theme or custom code?

Our team helps with everything xCloud runs and manages, and points you in the right direction for the rest. Bugs inside your own code, plugins or themes need your developer or the plugin's support team.
