xCloud is a control panel that simplifies the process of setting up and managing WordPress websites on various types of cloud/VPS servers. xCloud aims to simplify the process of hosting and managing WordPress sites, allowing developers and agencies to focus on building great websites without worrying about the underlying infrastructure.
Use of Service
If, in our reasonable opinion, you violate any of these Terms, or the spirit or intent of these Terms, including by engaging in any of the specifically prohibited actions listed below, we reserve the right to take necessary actions. Most importantly, it should be noted that any content you share using xCloud that violates any sort of right, offensive, or questionable content, are not our responsibility. Reasons you will be penalized include but are not limited to:
- Use of the tool for unethical purpose, infringing, or fraudulent purposes
- Promotion or advertisement of goods or services that are not your own without proper authorization.
- Use of any robot, spider, automated device, or manual technique to monitor any part of the plugin without our prior authorization.
- Use our support services improperly or make fictitious claims of abuse, misbehavior, or security breaches.

How Do We Collect Personal Information?

Financial Data
Financial data refers to information related to your payment method, such as credit card or bank transfer details. We do not store your financial data on our systems. Instead, when you make a purchase, order, return, or exchange products or services on our website or related mobile apps, your financial data is sent directly to our payment processor, Stripe, for secure processing. Stripe then provides us with limited information, such as payment status, id and other transaction details, which we use solely to handle payment verification and complete your transaction.
Retention
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed. Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes.
- Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn.
Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Our Website enables you to post information to be accessed by others through our comments. When you do so, other visitors may collect your data and attempt to contact you off the site. xCloud.host cannot be held liable for any offsite communications that result from your posting of personal information on our site. If you do not wish to be contacted offsite by other xCloud.host visitors, do not share your personal information in the content when leaving a comment.

Delete All Data: You have the right to request that we delete all data that we hold about you, and we must delete such data without undue delay. There are exceptions to this right, such as when keeping your data is required by law, is necessary to exercise the right of freedom of expression and information, is required for compliance with a legal obligation, or is necessary for the exercise or defense of legal claims. Such a request may result in the termination of your account with us, and you may have limited or no use of our website.
API, Integrations and AI Assistants
xCloud offers a Public API, an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and OAuth sign-in so that you can operate your xCloud account from your own scripts or from third-party tools and AI assistants such as Claude, Cursor or Codex.
When you connect such a tool, you choose the scope of access (read-only, or read and write) and the connection is limited to a single xCloud team. We store the access grant, the tool’s name, the granted scope, and an audit record of each operation performed (operation name, resource, timestamp, outcome) for security and support purposes for 12 months.
The data returned to the tool is the same data you can see in the xCloud dashboard for that team; we do not receive your conversations with the assistant. The third-party tool’s own privacy policy governs what it does with data it retrieves.
You can review and revoke any connection at any time under Account → API Tokens.
