So let us rewind through our year in review 2025. This is the story of what we built, what we learned, and how xCloud grew through every win, challenge, and breakthrough in 2025.

📈 How xCloud Scaled Across Users, Teams, and Infrastructure in 2025

In 2025, xCloud scaled with confidence to meet growing global demand. More customers chose xCloud as their hosting and cloud partner, and we expanded our infrastructure to deliver reliable performance no matter where our users are.

🌍 175% User Growth and Expanding Global Adoption of xCloud

2025 was a breakout year for xCloud, with rapid growth in both scale and adoption. As global demand increased, we expanded our infrastructure to deliver faster performance, stronger reliability, and more flexibility for teams building and scaling on xCloud.

Year in Review 2025

Today, xCloud powered up 10,000+ servers across multiple regions worldwide and delivers consistent performance for customers everywhere. Adoption also grew across a wide range of use cases, from WordPress sites and SaaS platforms to Node.js apps and enterprise workloads. More than 100,000 websites now run on xCloud, relying on it every day for speed, stability, and scalability.

Over thousands of teams were created on xCloud in 2025, allowing agencies and teams to streamline workflows, manage access, and work together more efficiently across projects.

All of this momentum showed in our community growth as well, with user adoption up nearly 175% year over year, making 2025 one of the most significant growth periods since xCloud launched.

🚀 A Strong Dev And QA Team Built Faster & Shipped Secure Releases

2025 was xCloud’s most productive year for our developers and QA team. Our development and QA teams moved faster than ever, delivering new features and improvements while continuing to raise the bar for reliability.

Over the year, we shipped more than 85+ features and enhancements, backed by a strong engineering process behind the scenes – over 2,500 pull requests merged, countless hours of QA testing, and regular production deployments week after week.

Year in Review 2025

Not only have we worked on new features, but we have also refined existing features and addressed issues that our users are facing. Over 200+ improvements and bugs have been fixed in 2025 to provide a better hosting experience with xClooud.

However, this insane speed never came at the cost of stability. Every release was carefully tested and optimized to make sure it was ready for real-world use.

Together, this collaboration made 2025 a year of sustained, reliable innovation, and it laid a strong foundation for everything we are building next.

And yes, we are just getting started. Trust us, many more crazy things are coming on way.

🤝A Growing Community Made Up Of Visionaries

One of our proudest moments in 2025 was watching the xCloud community grow. What started as a small group of early users has become an active, supportive space where developers, agencies, creators, and enthusiasts come together to share ideas, solve problems, and help each other succeed.

Community engagement grew steadily throughout the year, shaping xCloud into one of the most welcoming and constructive spaces in the hosting world. By the end of 2025, the community had grown to 2,500+ members, with more than 1,000 people joining in less than a year.

Participation deepened significantly as well. In just a year, 1007 posts have been published, shared 7,536 comments, and generated an impressive 17,648 reactions across discussions. Their feedback, collaboration, and ideas continue to play a major role in how xCloud evolves.

📰 We Created Clear Guides, Tutorials & Helpful Blog Posts

At xCloud, we believe reliable hosting works best when it is supported by clear, practical knowledge. In 2025, we focused on creating content that helps users understand the platform, solve real problems, and work more confidently with WordPress and cloud infrastructure. The goal was simple: make it easier to build, manage, and scale projects on xCloud.

Over the year, we published and updated 250+ content pieces, including articles, tutorials, documentation, and case studies. Each one was created to address common questions, explain features clearly, and support everyday workflows.

We also expanded our video library with 50 educational videos, covering setup guides, feature walkthroughs, and advanced use cases. In parallel, we shared 650+ posts across social platforms, helping users discover updates, best practices, and new resources.

👥 Team Growth Driven By Talent & Shared Vision

🌍 We Attended 3 WordPress Events Around the World

We deeply value the WordPress ecosystem and the global community that continues to shape the open web. In 2025, xCloud joined to support, contribute, and connect with the people building on WordPress every day.

At the start of 2025, xCloud sponsored WordCamp Asia, connecting with WordPress professionals from across the region. This was xCloud’s first appearance in an international WordPress event, which is also a milestone for our team.  Many of our team members spent time engaging with attendees, exchanging ideas, and learning directly from the community.

From hallway discussions to contributor-focused conversations, WordCamp Asia reinforced the importance of building hosting solutions alongside the people who use them every day.

xCloud WordCamp Asia 2025

Later in the year, we also attended WordCamp Nepal 2025 in Kathmandu. It was about active participation and giving back to Nepal’s growing WordPress community beyond visibility.

These events showed us the strength and passion of the WordPress ecosystem. They reminded us that real growth happens when communities are supported both online and in person.

In October, toward the end of the year, Startise – the parent company of xCloud – sponsored WordCamp Dhaka, with the xCloud team also taking part in the event.

🎙️ Our First Time Going Live With xCloud

December marked a major milestone for us with the launch of our first xCloud LIVE Webinar. The response exceeded our expectations: 1,000+ users joined live, thousands of comments were shared, and the energy from our community made the event truly memorable. 🩵

During the session, our team, Founder Asif Rahman, Partner Shahjahan Jewel, CTO Nasir Nobin, Product Manager Shifat Hossain, along with special guest Ruhani Rabin, shared an open and honest look at what we built in 2025 and where xCloud is headed next. It was a moment of reflection and a clear glimpse into the future of our hosting ecosystem.

The questions from attendees were thoughtful and insightful, showing just how passionate our community is about building better and pushing boundaries with us. If you missed the session, you can watch the replay here.

💬 What Everyone Is Saying Across Social Media, Reviews & Videos About Us

Your voice is our most valuable signal for growth. We built xCloud for professionals who expect performance without friction, and nothing matters more to us than seeing your work thrive on the platform. From quick messages to detailed stories, your feedback keeps us grounded and moving in the right direction.

In 2025, that trust also showed up in 150+ new 5 Star reviews on G2 and Trustpilot, earning xCloud an outstanding 4.9 out of 5 Star rating. We are proud to be a platform that professionals recommend publicly, stand behind confidently, and trust with their clients.

Beyond reviews, we hear you every day across social media. Countless posts, comments, mentions, and threads share how xCloud shows up when it matters most – fast, reliable, and easy to work with.

xCloud Reviews

Those real, unfiltered conversations mean a lot to us. They tell us what’s working, where we stand out, and how we can keep getting better. And increasingly, many explored and shared their experiences on video as well. Creators shares an honest perspective on using xCloud, focusing on performance, usability, and overall experience.

Paul from WPTuts takes a hands-on look at how xCloud is used in real workflows through his two in-depth videos – from setting up servers to managing applications efficiently.

From walkthroughs and testimonials to full project breakdowns, seeing xCloud featured in videos brings your stories to life and shows how the platform performs in real-world workflows. That kind of visibility and trust is something we’re incredibly grateful for.

Below are the key feature highlights introduced throughout the year.

🎯 Application Deployments for Laravel, PHP, And Node.js

2025 was a turning point for xCloud. What started as a powerful hosting platform for WordPress grew into a full-stack environment built for modern development teams.

Application Deployments for Laravel, PHP, And Node.js

Instead of being tied to one workflow, developers could now run Laravel projects, custom PHP apps, and Node.js frameworks – all from the same dashboard. This is about breaking barriers while giving ultimate flexibility for our users.

For agencies, businesses, and growing teams, this opened up new possibilities. WordPress sites, custom applications, and Node.js services could live side by side on one platform, with the same performance, security, and simplicity across the board.

🎯 WordPress Updates Manager

Managing WordPress at scale became significantly easier in 2025 with the Updates Manager. Users can now bulk update WordPress core, plugins, and themes across all sites from a single dashboard, with real-time progress status and bulk actions.

Updates Manager

This feature helped agencies and teams keep hundreds of sites secure, up to date, and running smoothly without manual effort.

🎯 One-Click Apps

We have introduced One-Click Apps on xCloud with self-hosted open source applications.

Users can deploy these tools without complexity instantly from a single dashboard.

The first wave of One Click Apps included n8n, MauticUptime Kuma, and phpMyAdmin; built to make the hosting experience more flexible and smooth.

Year in Review 2025

From workflow automation and marketing automation to uptime monitoring and database management, these apps allowed users to deploy production-ready services in minutes without manual server setup, configuration, or maintenance.

🎯 Docker-Based One-Click Apps

This launch laid the foundation for xCloud’s growing application ecosystem and set the stage for Docker-based One Click Apps introduced later in the year.

Year in Review 2025

We rolled out a new Docker + NGINX stack, enabling containerized One Click Apps such as –

NextCloud

LibreChat

Supabase

Self-host LLMs with OpenWebUI, Ollama, and

Umami

These applications unlocked modern, scalable hosting and laid the groundwork for future AI-powered workloads and advanced application hosting innovations.

🎯 Self-Hosted n8n on xCloud

In 2025, we introduced n8n hosting, a self-hosted automation solution on xCloud. With one-click deployment, environment variable management, timezone control, built-in update handling, and more, users are able to self-host powerful workflows with confidence.

Year in Review 2025

n8n opened the door to advanced automation for developers, SaaS builders, and operations teams alike.

🎯 More Storage Providers for Site Backups

Backup flexibility reached a new level in 2025. xCloud added support for multiple new storage providers, including

Google Drive

pCloud

Wasabi

Backblaze B2

Hetzner Object Storage, and

SSH

Year in Review 2025

Alongside these integrations, we bring Global Backup settings as well for managing backups more seamlessly for your sites. Not only that, we bring a brand new UI to the site backup dashboard as well for a cleaner and more efficient management of backups.

🎯2 New Hosting Addons Introduced in 2025

In 2025, xCloud expanded its ecosystem with essential Hosting Addons focused on security, reliability, and professional communication.

To keep your sites secure than ever, we bring Site Security PRO, powered by Patchstack. It delivers automated virtual patching and early threat detection to keep websites protected against known and emerging vulnerabilities.

xCloud also introduced MailBox to provide you with a professional email address for your business. You can keep your business email account protected with built-in security features that keep your email safe, private, and trusted around the clock.

🎯 Google PageSpeed Insights Inside the xCloud Dashboard

Performance optimization became more data-driven with native Google PageSpeed Insights integration. Users gained direct access to mobile and desktop performance scores, Core Web Vitals, and actionable recommendations inside the xCloud dashboard, making it easier than ever to identify bottlenecks and improve website performance.

🎯 Reseller Hosting with Self-Managed Server Providers

One of the big highlights of 2025 was the launch of Reseller Hosting with Self-Managed Servers. With this update, xCloud made it easy for agencies and entrepreneurs to bring their own servers from providers like DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr, Linode, and more, and resell hosting under their own brand.

Year in Review 2025

Resellers get built-in billing, automated setup, smart pricing tools, and full white-label options, giving them complete control while using xCloud to manage clients, servers, and websites in one place.

This was a major addition in 2025 and a big upgrade to our Reseller Hosting feature. Now, you can resell both xCloud managed servers and your own servers – fully branded as your hosting business.

🚀 Let’s Grow Together in 2026

As we look ahead to 2026, we are more energized than ever. New tools, deeper automation, smarter workflows, and a stronger community are on the way and we can not wait to build them with you.

The year ahead brings exciting updates like Site Snapshot, Ghost CMS, and a completely redesigned xCloud UI. And that is just the beginning; many more improvements are already in progress as we continue to move xCloud forward.
