If you no longer need xCloud, download anything you need, remove active services, check provider resources, then request account and data deletion.
Prerequisites #
- Access to xCloud
- Owner or billing access
- Downloaded backups/invoices you need
- Access to cloud provider account for self-managed servers
Step-by-step #
1. Download backups and invoices #
Save website/database backups, invoices, and records before deleting services.
2. Delete sites and servers #
Remove sites and servers you no longer need. Related server subscriptions are cancelled when all related servers are removed.
3. Remove provider resources #
For self-managed servers, check the cloud provider for active servers, volumes, snapshots, firewalls, IPs, or backups.
4. Review billing and cards #
Confirm no unexpected active subscriptions remain and download final invoices.
5. Submit deletion request #
Contact support with account email, confirmation, downloaded-data acknowledgement, and whether billing info should be removed where possible.
6. Confirm completion #
Wait for team review and keep the confirmation message for your records.
Troubleshooting #
Deleted servers but still charged #
Check whether charge is from xCloud or provider; provider-side resources must be removed in provider dashboard.
Need invoices after deletion #
Download before deletion, or contact support with billing email if already deleted.
Want to cancel billing only #
Delete active servers; if subscription remains, contact support.
FAQ #
Can I keep backups? #
Yes, download them before deletion.
Does deleting all servers cancel subscriptions? #
Related server subscriptions should stop after servers are removed.
Why does support ask for a reason? #
Feedback helps improve xCloud; you can keep it brief.
