SERVICES AND SUPERVISOR
A Supervisor Process Manager in Your Dashboard
xCloud lets you add Supervisor processes that keep commands like a queue listener or a Node.js script running, and restart or disable server services such as Nginx, MySQL and Redis from the dashboard. It is for developers and site owners who would rather not use SSH. It is free on every plan.
- Add, restart and stop Supervisor processes
- Restart or disable server services
- Install PHP, Node.js or Redis
WHY IT MATTERS
Why Use a Process Manager?
Processes crash
A script started by hand stops when it crashes or the server reboots. Supervisor starts it again.
Config files are fiddly
Supervisor config is easy to get wrong. A form with clear fields is not.
Restarts without SSH
Restarting Nginx or Redis should not need a terminal and a sudo password.
