Is xCloud AI Assistant available now?
Yes. It is available to every team, right in your dashboard, and still labelled Beta while we keep improving it. If you do not see the AI Assistant icon in your dashboard header, reload the dashboard or contact xCloud support.
Can xCloud AI Assistant change my servers without my consent?
No. Every change shows a confirmation card first, and nothing runs until you approve it. Actions that cannot be undone also show a clear warning.
Do I need to set anything up?
Nothing to install or connect. The assistant is built into the xCloud dashboard. The first time it needs to act for you, you allow its access key with one click, and you choose whether it can only look things up or also make changes.
How is it different from xCloud MCP?
xCloud MCP connects an AI tool you already use to your xCloud account. The AI Assistant is built into xCloud itself and ready in your dashboard.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Each teammate gets help within their own role's permissions, and their chats stay private to them.
Can I still reach human support?
Yes. The assistant is there for quick help, and the xCloud support team remains available for anything it cannot solve.
