ALERTS

Server Alerts Where Your Team Already Works

xCloud sends server and site alerts, such as an unavailable server, low disk space, an SSL problem or a failed deployment, to the channels you choose. Email and dashboard alerts work on every plan. Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and webhooks are on paid plans. It suits anyone who looks after sites for a living.

  • Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and webhooks
  • Choose which alerts reach each channel
  • Send alerts to your own tools, with a signature that proves they came from xCloud

WHY IT MATTERS

Why Send Server Alerts to Chat?

  • Email gets buried

An SSL failure in a busy inbox can wait days. A message in the team channel gets seen.

  • The whole team sees it

Everyone in the channel sees the alert, so nobody has to forward it.

  • Feed your own tools

Send alerts to a ticket queue, an incident tool or an automation with a webhook.

WHAT YOU GET

What Does xCloud Alert You About?

  • Server alerts

Server reboots, unavailable servers, available upgrades and low disk space.

  • Site alerts

Site upgrades, SSL certificate problems and deployment errors.

  • Security and links

Known vulnerabilities in plugins and themes, and broken links or images found by a scan.

  • Backup reminders

Occasional reminders when a server or site has no backup set up.

  • Seven channels

Email, the xCloud dashboard, Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and webhooks.

LIMITS AND PLANS

What Are the Limits?

xCloud does not alert on high CPU or RAM. Server monitoring shows it when you look.

  • No custom thresholds

You choose which alerts to get, not the levels that trigger them.

  • One of each

A team can connect one Discord and one webhook integration.

  • Plans

Email and dashboard: every plan. Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and webhooks: paid plans.
