Not Just A CRM — A Whole Business Suite You Actually Own

Odoo Community is a modular open-source business suite. Install only the apps your business needs from CRM, sales, invoicing, inventory, projects, websites, purchasing and manufacturing — all sharing one database you control.

  • CRM And Sales

Track leads, opportunities and quotations, and turn a won deal into an invoice without leaving the same database.

  • Inventory And Purchasing

Connect stock, purchasing and vendor bills so a sale automatically reflects what's actually on the shelf.

  • Invoicing And Accounting

Generate invoices from sales orders and keep a ledger of what's owed, without a second system to reconcile.

  • Projects And Timesheets

Run projects, log timesheets and bill client work from the same suite as the CRM that won the deal.

  • Website And E-Commerce

Build a public site or storefront on the same platform your team already uses to run the business behind it.

  • Modular By Design

Install only the Community apps you need from the Apps page, and add more later as the business grows.

See why agencies, developers, startups, and growing businesses choose xCloud to power their projects.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian Geovanny
I've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin Pineda
I'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting

xCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.

xCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.

Trust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍

So far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.

Came from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson El
I've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony Lewis
I came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowell
I like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose

I had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.

Dear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

What is Odoo Community?

Odoo is an integrated suite of business applications. Community Edition is the open-source base for workflows like CRM, sales, invoicing, inventory, projects, websites, e-commerce, purchasing and manufacturing — modular apps you install from the Apps page as your business needs them.

Is Odoo Community free?

Odoo Community is open-source software published under LGPL-3.0, and upstream describes it as free. Hosting, xCloud, storage, paid third-party modules, Odoo Enterprise, implementation and other professional services can still cost money.

Does this include Odoo Enterprise?

No. The template deploys Odoo Community only. Odoo Enterprise apps and upstream's Online or Odoo.sh cloud subscriptions are a separate Odoo agreement and are not included or unlocked by this page.

Is xCloud an official Odoo partner?

No. No official partnership or endorsement between xCloud and Odoo was found or should be implied. This is a deployment and server-management option for Odoo Community, not an official Odoo service.

What does the template install?

The pinned odoo:19.0-20260723 image and a private PostgreSQL 17 sidecar, with only Odoo's web port routed through xCloud nginx and HTTPS. xCloud generates the PostgreSQL role and password plus the Odoo Database Manager master password, health-checks both services, and persists the database and filestore in named volumes.

What do I enter during deployment?

Just your xCloud site title and domain choice — the template has no Odoo-specific customer fields. Inside Odoo's own Database Manager, you separately choose the database name, first administrator email and password, language, country and whether to load demo data. Those admin credentials are set in Odoo and are never stored by xCloud.

How much RAM does Odoo need?

The template's enforced minimum is 1 vCPU and 2 GB RAM for evaluation or very light use — the 6 GB plan clears that several times over. A small team running several business modules is a better fit around 4 GB RAM and 2 vCPU; size up further for heavier concurrency, reports, imports or website traffic.

Can I add CRM, inventory, sales and websites?

Yes — Odoo is modular, and the Community Apps page offers a wide range of business modules. Feature depth varies between Community, Enterprise and third-party modules, so verify each workflow your business actually needs before committing to it.

How do I back up Odoo?

Back up the PostgreSQL volume and the Odoo filestore volume together — a database dump without the matching filestore can be incomplete when records reference attachments or binary files. Keep encrypted off-server copies, define a retention policy, and test a full restore. Don't treat a server snapshot alone as a proven, application-consistent backup.

Does xCloud automatically upgrade Odoo?

No. A catalogue re-sync affects new installations only — it never automatically upgrades an existing Odoo database. Back up PostgreSQL and the filestore together first, then follow Odoo's own supported update or major-upgrade procedure, treating a major-version change as a database migration rather than a simple image swap.

Can I configure email and payment providers?

Yes, after first run, from inside Odoo's own settings using the SMTP, payment and OAuth providers you choose. The template deliberately does not inject empty defaults for any of these — you connect what your business actually uses.

How long does deployment take?

About five minutes to a healthy, HTTPS-secured Odoo instance with PostgreSQL already wired up behind it. Creating your first database and administrator inside Odoo's Database Manager takes a few minutes more.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.

Ready to Deploy Your Business Suite?

Connect your first server in minutes. No credit card required, and no plan you have to grow into.
