Deploy ZeroClaw hosting and run a self-hosted AI agent runtime with its own dashboard and gateway on your domain, using the LLM provider and keys you bring. xCloud starts the pinned official image as one container, switches pairing on, mounts a persistent volume for config, memory and workspace and publishes everything over HTTPS. Pair the instance straight away, because the code is visible to anyone who opens the URL until the owner pairs.
ZeroClaw is an agent runtime, a single Rust binary you configure and run, dual-licensed MIT or Apache-2.0. Upstream says it talks to LLM providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Ollama, reaches the world through 30+ channels including Discord, Telegram, Matrix and email, and offers a gateway with a web dashboard for chat, memory browsing, config editing and cron management. Self-hosted ZeroClaw is the option for people who would otherwise rely on a hosted assistant such as ChatGPT.
On xCloud the template runs the official ghcr.io/zeroclaw-labs/zeroclaw v0.8.5 image as one container with no database; config, pairing tokens, memory and workspace sit on the zeroclaw_data volume. Pairing is required, because the upstream image ships with it off. The agent can run tools such as file access, web fetch and git, under a supervised risk profile by default.
Self-hosting an AI agent runtime normally means a binary, a domain, a certificate and a pairing step before the dashboard is safe to leave running. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account, pick ZeroClaw from the OneClick catalog, and choose a domain. There are no extra fields to fill in.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the pinned ZeroClaw v0.8.5 image with pairing enforced, and publish the dashboard and gateway over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
Open the HTTPS ZeroClaw URL right away and click Pair with the code the dashboard shows — it's only offered for 10 minutes. Then open Config and add your LLM provider, API key and model.
ZeroClaw runs in full here — an agent runtime, dashboard and gateway you own, paired to you alone, on infrastructure you control.
Connect Anthropic, OpenAI, Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible provider with your own keys — there is no bundled model or usage billing from ZeroClaw itself.
Chat with your agent, browse its memory, edit configuration, manage cron jobs and inspect tools from one web dashboard.
Configure Discord, Telegram, Matrix, email and webhooks from the dashboard so the agent is reachable where your team already is.
This template switches pairing on — the upstream image ships with it off — so the dashboard and the agent's tools are not open to anyone who finds the URL.
Upstream's default autonomy is supervised: medium-risk operations need approval and high-risk ones are blocked, so tool use stays gated until you change it.
A single Rust binary that used about 9 MB of RAM idle in QA, far below the template's 256 MB floor.
Managed hosting for ZeroClaw, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Keep an agent running on your own server that answers you in Telegram or Discord, using the model provider you chose, instead of leaving a laptop on.
Configure Discord, Telegram, Matrix, email and webhooks in the dashboard so the same agent answers wherever your team already talks.
Use the dashboard's cron management to run recurring agent jobs, and the SOP engine for event-triggered procedures with approval gates, as upstream describes.
Config, paired tokens, memory and provider keys live on a volume on your own Cloud VPS, so you decide who can read them and how they are backed up.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

ZeroClaw is used to run an always-on AI agent that you control. It answers you across the channels you configure, such as Discord, Telegram, Matrix or email, calls the language model provider you choose, and can run tools on your behalf. The dashboard lets you chat, browse memory, edit configuration and manage scheduled jobs.
Yes. ZeroClaw is open source under a dual licence, MIT or Apache-2.0, so there is no licence fee for the runtime. It bundles no model and bills no usage itself: you bring your own provider and pay that provider for its API. On xCloud you pay for the Cloud VPS that runs it.
Yes. For ZeroClaw Docker hosting the template runs the official ghcr.io/zeroclaw-labs image at v0.8.5 as one container, with the zeroclaw_data volume mounted and the gateway listener set up behind HTTPS on your domain. It turns pairing on, which the upstream image ships switched off, so the dashboard is not left open.
ZeroClaw's manifest floor is 256 MB of RAM, one core and 2 GB of disk, and measured idle use was about 9 MB in QA, though upstream's own compose caps the container at 512 MB. The 6 GB Cloud VPS sold here is far above that, so the agent can share the server.
Upstream says ZeroClaw is provider-agnostic: you can configure Anthropic, OpenAI, local Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and about twenty other providers, with fallback chains and routing. Add the provider, API key and model on the dashboard's Config page; they are saved in the data volume.
Upstream lists 30+ channels, including Discord, Telegram, Matrix, email, voice, webhooks and a command-line interface, all delivered to the same agent loop. You configure channels from the dashboard, and they connect outbound from your server, so no extra ports are published for them.
Open your HTTPS URL within 10 minutes of the install and click Pair with the one-time code the dashboard shows. Until someone pairs, anyone who opens the URL can see that code and take over the instance, so do it at once. After the window, mint a new code with the gateway get-paircode command on the server.
A ZeroClaw backup is the zeroclaw_data volume. It holds the config.toml file, including paired token hashes and any provider keys you add, plus the agent's memory and workspace. Treat the copy as secret, store it off-server and test a restore. There is no database to dump separately.
The container stays at v0.8.5 until you choose otherwise. Copy zeroclaw_data first, read the upstream release notes, then select a later template version. Whatever you changed on the dashboard Config page persists in the volume, whereas the gateway listener settings in the environment are re-applied at every start.
Pairing makes the dashboard owner-only, and the default risk profile is supervised, so medium-risk operations need approval and high-risk ones are blocked. Still, the agent can use tools such as files, web fetch and git, and the metrics endpoint is unauthenticated. Review the risk profile under Config before enabling more.
Yes. Under ZeroClaw cloud use, xCloud provisions a dedicated Cloud VPS, runs the container on it and attaches your domain and certificate. The platform proxy sends no HSTS header. Bring your own model provider keys. A VPS from another provider can be attached as a self-managed server.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
