Deploy EspoCRM hosting and run a self-hosted open-source CRM for your sales or support team on a dedicated Cloud VPS. xCloud starts the pinned EspoCRM 10.0.9 image with a private MariaDB database and a job daemon, keeps your records on persistent volumes, generates the admin password and serves the CRM over HTTPS on your own domain, with no fields to fill in.
EspoCRM is a free, open-source CRM platform that helps organizations store, organize and manage leads, contacts, sales opportunities, marketing campaigns and support cases. Run on your own server it is a self-hosted EspoCRM and the alternative to a hosted CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Its frontend is a single-page application on a PHP REST API, and it is licensed under the AGPL.
On xCloud it is deployed as three containers: the EspoCRM web service on localhost behind HTTPS, a private MariaDB 11.8.9 database and a job daemon, with EspoCRM 10.0.9 and MariaDB pinned by digest. Four volumes hold the database, data and customizations, and the admin password is generated for you. Outbound email stays off until you set up SMTP.
A self-hosted CRM normally means a web container, a database, a scheduled-job runner, four volumes, a domain and a certificate before the first lead. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account, pick EspoCRM from the OneClick catalog and choose a domain. There are no application fields; xCloud generates the admin password and the database credentials.
Step 02
One click. We start espocrm/espocrm 10.0.9 and a private mariadb 11.8.9, both pinned by digest, plus a job daemon, mount the espocrm_db, espocrm_data, espocrm_custom and espocrm_client_custom volumes, and publish HTTPS. First boot builds the schema.
Step 03
Open the HTTPS URL and sign in as admin with the generated password. Configure SMTP under Administration → Outbound Emails before expecting any mail, then add your team under Administration → Users.
EspoCRM 10.0.9 runs here as a full CRM, with its records, uploads and customizations kept on volumes you own.
Store and manage leads, contacts, sales opportunities and support cases in one interface, which upstream describes as simple and intuitive.
Change entities and layouts with the built-in no-code editor; customizations are kept on the espocrm_custom and espocrm_client_custom volumes.
Run marketing campaigns and handle support cases beside your sales records, in the same self-hosted database.
EspoCRM's backend is a REST API written in PHP behind a single-page frontend, so other systems can talk to your CRM.
A separate private container runs scheduled jobs, email fetching, notifications and workflows, so they keep running without a cron to configure.
Single uploads and imports are supported up to 50 MB, the limit set in the template's proxy configuration.
Managed hosting for EspoCRM, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Track leads, contacts and opportunities for a small team on software with no licence fee, running on a server whose records you keep and back up yourself.
Log support cases against the same accounts and contacts your sales team uses, so one record shows the whole customer relationship.
Plan marketing campaigns and let the job daemon run scheduled jobs, email fetching and workflows without configuring a system cron.
Add entities and change layouts in the no-code editor, with the customizations stored on volumes that survive a redeploy.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

Yes, and this template is EspoCRM Docker hosting without the compose file: espocrm/espocrm 10.0.9 and mariadb 11.8.9, both pinned by digest, a job daemon and four named volumes. You enter nothing at install; xCloud generates the credentials.
Upstream lists PHP 8.3 to 8.5 and MySQL 8.0 or later, MariaDB 10.3 or later, or PostgreSQL 15 or later. This template supplies PHP in the image and MariaDB 11.8.9 as a private container, and its manifest asks for 1 CPU, 1024 MB of RAM and 10 GB of disk.
Upstream supports MySQL 8.0 and later, MariaDB 10.3 and later, and PostgreSQL 15 and later. This template runs MariaDB 11.8.9 in a private container with no published port, so the database is reachable only from the EspoCRM containers.
Yes. Upstream describes the backend as a REST API written in PHP behind a single-page frontend, so other tools can read and write CRM data over HTTP. Nothing extra is needed in this template to reach it on your domain.
Yes. EspoCRM is free, open-source software under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. Paid extension packs exist upstream and are not included here. Your plan pays for the dedicated Cloud VPS underneath, not for the CRM software itself.
No. Nothing is sent until you configure SMTP under Administration → Outbound Emails, because the template preconfigures no mail account. Set that up before relying on notifications, and use a real authenticated mail service, and test a message before you depend on it.
Back up all four volumes together, espocrm_db, espocrm_data, espocrm_custom and espocrm_client_custom, and add a MariaDB dump. Then restore it onto a disposable install to prove it works. Nothing takes a scheduled database backup for you.
Nothing upgrades itself: the images are pinned by digest, and a newer catalog version reaches new installs only. Read the release notes, check extensions for compatibility, back up the volumes, then bump the tag and digest together for both EspoCRM services.
No. The optional WebSocket service is not part of this template, so notifications refresh by polling rather than push. The job daemon handles scheduled jobs and workflows, but it does not add live push to the browser.
Sign in as admin with the generated password from the credentials. The install-time password is read only on first install, so change it inside EspoCRM from the user menu under Profile, then Change Password, rather than in the environment.
It gives you an EspoCRM cloud of your own: web, database and job-daemon containers on a dedicated Cloud VPS. If you change the domain, update ESPOCRM_CONFIG_SITE_URL in the Environment editor and redeploy, or email links keep pointing at the old address.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
