Deploy Twenty CRM hosting and run a self-hosted CRM for contacts, companies and deals on a dedicated Cloud VPS. xCloud starts the pinned Twenty v2.46.0 server and worker with private PostgreSQL and Redis, generates the encryption key and database password, keeps records and uploads on persistent volumes and serves the app over HTTPS on your own domain, with no fields to fill in.
Twenty is an open-source CRM for managing contacts, companies, deals and pipelines, with custom objects and fields, workflows and REST and GraphQL APIs. Its README says it gives technical teams the building blocks for a custom CRM, one you build, ship and version like the rest of your stack. Run on your own server it is a self-hosted Twenty CRM and a Salesforce alternative whose records stay on your server, licensed mostly under the AGPL-3.0.
On xCloud it is deployed as server and worker containers from the vendor image, pinned by tag and digest, with a private PostgreSQL 16.15 and Redis 8.10.2. The twenty_server_data, twenty_db_data and twenty_redis_data volumes hold the state, and the encryption key is generated. Files marked Enterprise in the image are under a commercial licence.
A Twenty install normally means a server container, a background worker, PostgreSQL, Redis with the right eviction policy, an encryption key, three volumes, a domain and a certificate before the first contact. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick Twenty CRM from the OneClick catalog. Choose a domain and a server; the install form has no application fields because xCloud generates the encryption key and database password.
Step 02
One click. We start the Twenty v2.46.0 server and worker, pinned by tag and digest, with private PostgreSQL 16.15 and Redis 8.10.2, mount twenty_server_data, twenty_db_data and twenty_redis_data, and publish HTTPS. The first boot runs migrations for a few minutes.
Step 03
Open the URL and sign up as soon as the page loads: the first account creates the workspace and becomes the server admin, and until then anyone who reaches the address can claim it. Then invite teammates from Settings, Members.
Twenty CRM v2.46.0 runs here as a full CRM, with its records, uploads and encryption key kept on volumes you own.
Manage contacts, companies, deals and pipelines in one CRM, the objects upstream's template description lists.
Model your own objects and fields so the CRM matches your business, rather than bending your process to a fixed schema.
Automate steps in the CRM with workflows, which run as background jobs in the separate worker container.
Read and write CRM data through REST and GraphQL APIs on your own domain, for integrations and scripts.
A server container handles the web app, API and migrations, and a worker handles email sync, workflows and imports, matching upstream's Compose layout.
Attachments and imports upload in one request of up to 1 GB through the proxy. Behind Cloudflare, requests over about 100 MB are rejected at its edge.
Managed hosting for Twenty CRM, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Model custom objects and fields, and script against the REST and GraphQL APIs, in a CRM whose data sits in your own PostgreSQL database.
Follow contacts, companies and deals through pipeline stages for a sales team, on a server you control rather than a per-seat CRM subscription.
Use workflows, run by the background worker, to automate repetitive steps once your sales process is mapped into custom objects.
Upload contact and company data in imports of up to 1 GB per request, then clean it up inside the CRM with your own objects and views.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

Yes, and this template is Twenty CRM Docker hosting without the compose file: the server and worker from the vendor image at v2.46.0, pinned by tag and digest, with private PostgreSQL and Redis and three named volumes. It follows upstream's Docker Compose layout, and upstream documents upgrading directly.
The template minimum is 1 CPU core, 3 GB of RAM and 10 GB of disk. QA measured about 1.5 GB at idle and 2.2 GB in use, above upstream's 2 GB minimum, and 4 GB gives headroom. This page sells the 6 GB tier as the entry rung.
Sign up the moment the page loads: the first account creates the workspace and becomes server admin, and until it exists anyone who reaches the URL can claim it. After that public sign-up closes, but the invite link is on by default; turn it off.
Not by default. Invitations, password resets and notifications are written to the server log and never delivered. Uncomment the EMAIL_* lines in the Environment editor or set them in the Admin Panel, then redeploy. Gmail and Outlook sync need your own OAuth apps.
Yes. Upstream lists REST and GraphQL APIs, which run on your own domain with the same server. Nothing extra needs installing, and the proxy accepts uploads of up to 1 GB in one request for imports and attachments.
Largely. Twenty is mostly licensed under the AGPL-3.0, with some packages under MIT, but files marked Enterprise are under the Twenty.com Commercial License and are included in the image. Using enterprise features in production needs a valid Twenty Enterprise subscription.
The self-hosted community build costs nothing in licence fees, under the terms above. Your plan pays for the dedicated Cloud VPS underneath. Enterprise features need a subscription, and Google or Microsoft sign-in and S3 storage need your own accounts.
Back up the three volumes together: twenty_db_data for every record and secret, twenty_server_data for uploads, and twenty_redis_data for job queues, plus a pg_dump. Keep the ENCRYPTION_KEY with the backup, since a restore without it loses encrypted secrets.
Nothing upgrades itself: v2.46.0 is pinned by tag and digest. Back up the database, files and ENCRYPTION_KEY, read the Twenty release notes, then adopt a newer template version. Upstream supports upgrading directly from any v1.23 or later release, and each boot re-runs the upgrade step.
It encrypts stored secrets such as OAuth tokens, signing keys and two-factor secrets, so a new key makes them unreadable. Rotate it only with Twenty's key-rotation procedure, keeping the old key as FALLBACK_ENCRYPTION_KEY. POSTGRES_PASSWORD is separate and applies only on first creation.
It is Twenty CRM on a dedicated Cloud VPS under your xCloud login, a Twenty CRM cloud of your own at your domain, separate from Twenty's hosted cloud. Only the server's port 3000 is published, through xCloud's HTTPS; the worker, database and Redis publish no port.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
