Atlas CMMS hosting on xCloud gives your maintenance team a self-hosted maintenance management system for work orders, preventive maintenance and asset tracking on your own server. Deploy Atlas CMMS v1.9.0 and xCloud runs the pinned images with a private PostgreSQL database and object store, generates the secrets, and publishes the app over HTTPS on your own domain in just a few minutes, ready for your first work order.
Self-hosted Atlas CMMS is a maintenance management system for web and mobile that upstream describes as simplifying and automating maintenance activities, in its own words like Jira for technicians. Its README lists work orders you can create, assign and track, time logging, triggers, analytics, and equipment and inventory tracking, for facilities, manufacturing, healthcare and other teams. It is an alternative to hosted tools such as UpKeep and MaintainX, under AGPL-3.0 with a separate commercial licence.
On xCloud the template runs the official Atlas CMMS v1.9.0 backend and frontend images, pinned by digest, with private PostgreSQL 16, an S3-compatible object store and a router that serves everything on one domain. Two named volumes hold the database and attachments. Only the administrator email you enter can register the organization, and email, SSO and file uploads are not enabled.
An Atlas CMMS stack normally means an API, a web front end, a database, an object store, a router, generated secrets, a domain and a certificate before the first work order. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick Atlas CMMS from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server, then enter the administrator email — the only address allowed to register the first organization.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the official Atlas CMMS API and web images, pinned by immutable digest, with a private PostgreSQL database and an S3-compatible object store kept off the public internet, mount the atlas_cmms_postgres and atlas_cmms_minio volumes, generate the database, storage and sign-in signing credentials, and publish everything over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the first start, then open your HTTPS URL, choose Sign up and register with the administrator email. That account creates the organization; add a location, an asset and your first work order.
Atlas CMMS runs here with its database and object store on a server you control, so maintenance records stay with you.
Create, assign and track work orders, log time, set priorities and keep a history, and take in service requests from your team.
Schedule recurring maintenance and automate work orders with triggers, so routine jobs are raised without someone remembering to.
Track equipment, its downtime and maintenance costs against the locations where it lives.
Manage inventory with stock alerts and handle purchase orders and approvals alongside maintenance work.
Review work order compliance, cost trends, labour tracking and equipment reliability, and export reports.
Assign work to teams or service providers with customizable roles, and point the Android or iOS app at your own server's /api address.
Managed hosting for Atlas CMMS, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
A facilities manager creates, assigns and tracks work orders for buildings and equipment, logs the time technicians spend, and reviews history from one system hosted on the company's own server.
A plant team sets recurring maintenance and automates work orders with triggers, so routine inspections are raised on schedule instead of being remembered by whoever is on shift.
A maintenance lead records equipment, locations and parts inventory, and reads reports on downtime, costs and labour trends, with the data held in a database the organisation controls.
An organisation with data-handling rules hosts its own CMMS, registering only the administrator it allows and adding teammates from inside the app.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

The open edition is licensed AGPL-3.0, so the core software has no licence fee, and upstream also sells a separate commercial licence for enterprise features. This template configures no key, so SSO, LDAP, white-labelling and file attachments are not enabled. You pay xCloud for the Cloud VPS.
Yes, and upstream ships a docker-compose setup. This template does it for you: the Atlas CMMS v1.9.0 backend and frontend images, PostgreSQL, an S3-compatible store and a router, all pinned by digest, behind HTTPS. It is Atlas CMMS Docker hosting without writing the compose file.
The floor is 2048 MB of RAM for the five containers, one of them a Spring Boot API, so an Atlas CMMS cloud site is sold on the 6 GB Cloud VPS. Heavier use with many technicians, assets and work orders calls for more memory and disk.
Not in this template. Upstream gates uploads to work orders and assets behind a licence key, and none is configured, so the app answers that you need a licence to add a file. With a key, files up to 35 MB each are accepted.
Not here. Single sign-on, LDAP, white-labelling and multi-organization hosting need an upstream licence key and are not configured by this template. You sign in with the account you register, and teammates are added from inside the app.
Registering an organization is restricted to the administrator email you entered at install, written to ALLOWED_ORGANIZATION_ADMINS. There is no preset account, so register straight away. Until SMTP and email invitations are switched on, avoid creating custom roles, because upstream then lets a sign-up join a custom role by number.
Email is off. Add the SMTP host, port, user and password in the Environment editor, then enable email notifications. Turn invitations on only after SMTP works, because every new account must then be activated through an emailed link. Register the administrator account first.
Take one backup of atlas_cmms_postgres and atlas_cmms_minio together. A pg_dump of the atlas database from the postgres container is the safest database copy, and the minio volume matters once attachments are enabled. Test a restore before you rely on it.
Updates are not automatic: each install runs the Atlas CMMS v1.9.0 images pinned by tag and digest. To move to a newer release, back up both volumes, then adopt a newer xCloud template version once one is published. Do not edit the image tag or digest yourself.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
