WORDPRESS MANAGEMENT

Manage Multiple WordPress Sites From One Screen

xCloud lets you manage multiple WordPress sites from one dashboard. Updates Manager updates plugins, themes and core across your servers, and Security Center shows which sites need attention. It is made for agencies and owners of many sites. Both tools are on paid plans.

  • Update plugins, themes and core across servers
  • See every vulnerable site in one list
  • Act on up to 10 sites from the site list

WHY IT MATTERS

Why Manage WordPress Sites From One Dashboard?

Signing in to each site for each update gets slow once you have many sites.

  • Save repeat work

Choose an update once and apply it to every site that needs it.

  • Spot risk quickly

See sites with known vulnerabilities in one list, instead of checking each.

  • Update with a safety net

Take a backup before updating, on sites with remote backups set up.

WHAT YOU GET

What Can You Do Across Many WordPress Sites?

Open it from your profile sidebar and pick a tab.

  2. Filter and select

Filter by server, site or update status, then select the items.

  3. Update

Click Update Selected, tick Create backup before update if you want it, and confirm.

  4. Check

LIMITS AND PLANS

What Are the Limits and Plans?

  • Paid plans

Updates Manager, Security Center and Client Reports are on paid plans. One-site updates are on every plan.

  • Backup before update

It only runs for sites with a remote backup set up.

  • 10 sites at a time

Site list actions cover up to 10 sites, and only in list view. Some open each site's page in a new tab.

  • No purge button

Bulk cache purge is API and MCP only. It does not clear Cloudflare, edge or Redis cache.

Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask about WordPress management on xCloud.

How do I manage multiple WordPress sites in one place?

Connect your servers and sites to xCloud, then use one dashboard. Updates Manager handles plugin, theme and core updates across sites, and the site list lets you run actions on up to 10 sites at once.

Can I update all my WordPress plugins at once?

You can select many updates and apply them together with Update Selected, across sites and servers. You choose the items first, so nothing updates without you selecting it.

Does xCloud scan my sites for vulnerabilities?

Yes, on paid plans. Each site can be scanned for known vulnerabilities, and the Security Center lists all affected sites for your team.

Can I purge cache on many sites at once?

Yes, through the public API or MCP, for up to 100 sites at a time. There is a dry run option. There is no dashboard button for this yet, and it does not clear Cloudflare, edge or Redis cache.

Can I send clients a report on their site?

Yes, on paid plans. Client Reports is in each site's menu.

Can I update a single site on the free plan?

Yes. A site's own Updates page has no plan lock. Updates Manager, which works across sites, is on paid plans.
