Deploy phpIPAM hosting and give your network team a private home for its IP address inventory on your own domain. xCloud runs the pinned phpIPAM v1.8.3 web and cron images with a private MariaDB 11.8.3 database, generates the Admin password, mounts persistent volumes and publishes the web interface over HTTPS. The upstream default login never exists, and the web installer is disabled.
phpIPAM is an open-source web IP address management application. Upstream says its goal is a light and simple tool; it is ajax-based, written with PHP and JavaScript, and covers subnets, IP addresses, VLANs, VRFs, devices and racks with an audit log. Self-hosted phpIPAM is the alternative to a hosted IPAM service or a spreadsheet for keeping the address plan on a server you control.
On xCloud it is phpIPAM v1.8.3 with the community-maintained web and cron images and a private MariaDB 11.8.3 database, all pinned by digest. The first start imports the schema and sets a generated Admin password, which takes about a minute. The database lives on phpipam_db, the custom logo on phpipam_logo, and scheduled scans run from a separate cron container.
A phpIPAM stack normally means a web container, a cron container, a database, a schema import, a first-login password change, a domain and a certificate before the first subnet. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick phpIPAM from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server — there are no extra fields to fill in, because xCloud generates the credentials.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the community-maintained phpIPAM web and cron images pinned by immutable digest, with a private MariaDB 11.8.3 database that has no published port, mount the phpipam_db and phpipam_logo volumes, import the schema on first start, set a generated Admin password and publish it over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
Save the Admin password from the protected installation credentials and wait about a minute for the first start. Open your HTTPS phpIPAM URL, sign in as Admin, create named accounts for your team, then add your first section and subnet.
phpIPAM runs in full here: a web interface for your address plan, a cron service for scheduled checks, and a database you own.
Plan and document subnets and individual IP addresses in one web interface, organised into sections.
Track VLANs, VRFs, devices and racks alongside your addresses, with an audit log of changes.
A bundled cron container runs scheduled ping, discovery and DNS-resolve checks. Subnets need their scan agent set, and scans only reach what the app's Docker network can route to.
Import and export addresses and subnets as CSV or XLS. The template raises PHP's upload limit to 32M so larger imports fit.
The upstream Admin / ipamadmin login never exists: the Admin password is generated per install and the web installer is disabled. The REST API stays off until you create an API application.
MariaDB 11.8.3 is reachable only inside the install's private network, with no published port, and its data sits on the persistent phpipam_db volume.
Managed hosting for phpIPAM, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Keep sections, subnets and individual addresses in one web interface instead of scattered notes and spreadsheets.
Record which VLAN, VRF, device or rack an address belongs to, and review who changed what in the audit log.
Let the bundled cron service run scheduled ping, discovery and DNS-resolve checks against subnets that have a scan agent set.
Import addresses and subnets from CSV or XLS, and export them again when you need a copy for another tool.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Yes. Upstream's README points to community-maintained web and cron images, and this template is phpIPAM Docker hosting already wired: both images and MariaDB 11.8.3 pinned by digest, a schema import on first start, two named volumes and HTTPS. It is your own phpIPAM cloud, with the database private to the install.
The template declares 5 GB disk, 512 MB of memory and 1 CPU core; idle use in QA was about 124 MiB across the web, cron and database containers. The 6 GB plan is the entry rung here, with plenty of headroom for a large address plan.
Yes, phpIPAM is open source and has no licence fee. The charge is the dedicated Cloud VPS running it, and that can be cancelled whenever you like. Your inventory lives in a MariaDB database that you can dump and move at will.
Use the username Admin and the password from the protected installation credentials. Upstream's documented default login does not exist here, because the password is generated per install and the web installer is disabled. Create named accounts for your team and keep Admin private.
Only part of it. Scans run from the app's own isolated Docker network and reach what that network can route to, and ICMP and SNMP discovery can be limited because no extra network capabilities are granted. Use phpIPAM as the address register and add other hosts by hand or import.
No. The REST API stays off until you create an API application in the administration area. Until then, the web interface is the only way in, and it always requires a login. Create the API application only when an automation needs it, and scope its access.
Yes, from CSV or XLS, for addresses and subnets, and you can export them again. The template raises PHP's upload_max_filesize to 32M so larger files fit. Check a small file first, because column layout must match what phpIPAM expects.
Inside phpIPAM, under your profile menu. The generated Admin and database values apply only on the first start against an empty database, so editing them in the environment file later changes nothing. Rotate the database password inside MariaDB before editing its stored value.
The domain can be changed freely, and nothing else is tied to it. The Site URL is stored in the database on first start and used in email links, so update it under Administration, then phpIPAM settings, after you move the site.
Back up the phpipam_db volume, or take a MariaDB dump, plus the phpipam_logo volume if you changed the logo. The database holds all your sections, subnets and addresses. Keep the generated credentials private, and try restoring a copy before you rely on it.
The install stays on pinned v1.8.3 and MariaDB 11.8.3 until you adopt a newer template version. Back up the database first and read the upstream release notes; the redeploy keeps the volumes. Existing sites are never upgraded automatically.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
