qBit Manage hosting runs the qBittorrent automation tool on your own domain, so tagging, categories and cleanup happen on a schedule instead of by hand. Deploy qBit Manage v4.13.0 as one pinned container with a protected sign-in, a config volume and HTTPS in minutes. It does not include qBittorrent: you point it at a Web UI you already run, from this server.
qBit Manage is a qBittorrent automation tool: a program used to manage your qBittorrent instance by tagging torrents by tracker, applying categories, removing unregistered torrents and orphaned files, tagging torrents without hardlinks and applying share limits. A self-hosted qBit Manage replaces repeating that housekeeping by hand in the qBittorrent interface, with the code under the MIT licence, and a built-in scheduler to repeat the work on a timer.
On xCloud it is qBit Manage v4.13.0 as the upstream image, pinned by digest, in one container with the qbit_manage_config volume and a /data mount for your downloads. xCloud turns Basic sign-in on with a generated password and serves the interface over HTTPS. It starts with an empty configuration and does not include qBittorrent.
A qBit Manage install needs the app, a config volume, a sign-in, a path to your downloads, a domain and a certificate before it can touch a torrent. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick qBit Manage from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain, an administrator username and an IANA timezone.
Step 02
One click. We start ghcr.io/stuffanthings/qbit_manage:v4.13.0, pinned by digest, mount qbit_manage_config and a /data folder, turn on Basic sign-in with a generated password and publish it over HTTPS.
Step 03
Sign in, open the Config page and set the qBittorrent Web UI address, username and password under qbt. Define your categories and commands, and try them with dry run turned on before they delete anything.
qBit Manage runs here as the companion tool, with its configuration on a server you control and qBittorrent wherever you run it.
Tag torrents by tracker URL and apply categories based on save path, or change one category into another, without clicking through qBittorrent.
Remove unregistered torrents, deleting data and torrent unless the data is being cross-seeded, in which case only the torrent goes.
Find files in your root folder that qBittorrent no longer references and remove them, with a recycle bin option for safety.
Apply ratio and seed-time limits by group, and tag torrents that have no hardlinks outside the root folder.
Run on a built-in schedule, and send notifications through Notifiarr or an Apprise API when a run finishes.
Basic sign-in is on from install. Upstream ships with none and its commands can delete files, so keep the password private.
Managed hosting for qBit Manage, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Let scheduled runs tag, categorise and clean up torrents instead of sorting them by hand.
Scan the root folder for orphaned files and move them to a recycle bin before deleting for good.
Apply ratio and seed-time limits by tag or category, with a minimum seed time to respect tracker rules.
Send run results to Notifiarr or an Apprise API so you notice failures.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

No. qBit Manage is a client of an existing qBittorrent Web UI. This template deploys it alone with an empty configuration, so set the qBittorrent address, username and password under qbt on the Config page before it does anything.
Upstream lists tagging by tracker URL, categories by save path, removing unregistered torrents, rechecking paused torrents, removing orphaned files, no-hardlink tagging, share limits and a recycle bin. It runs on a built-in scheduler or on demand.
Yes. Upstream ships a Docker image, and this template is qBit Manage Docker hosting without the setup: the v4.13.0 image pinned by digest, a config volume, a generated sign-in and HTTPS on your own domain.
The manifest floor is 512 MB of RAM, one core and 2 GB of disk. A single Python process serves the interface and runs the scheduler, and a very large library makes each run take longer.
Its commands can delete torrents and files, so use dry run first. Orphan removal works on the folder mounted at /data, so only point DOWNLOADS_SOURCE at a folder you can afford to lose files from.
Orphan removal, the recycle bin and no-hardlink tagging work on files, so qBit Manage must see the same folder as qBittorrent, under the same path. Set DOWNLOADS_SOURCE in the Environment editor and root_dir in the config to match, then redeploy.
Yes. qBit Manage carries the MIT licence, so using it costs nothing. The only bill is the Cloud VPS underneath, which makes this a qBit Manage cloud of your own, while qBittorrent keeps running wherever you already host it.
Upstream ships with no sign-in, but the install turns on Basic sign-in with a generated password. If it ever opens without asking for one, set a password on the Security page at once, because commands can delete files.
Back up the complete qbit_manage_config volume, which holds config.yml, qbm_settings.yml with the sign-in and schedule, and automatic configuration backups. Your downloads are separate, so back up that folder under its own plan, and quiesce the app first.
The install stays on its pinned v4.13.0 image until you adopt a newer template version. Back up /config and read the qBit Manage release notes first. Roll back by restoring the old volume with the previous image.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
