qBittorrent Web UI hosting puts a multi-instance qBittorrent dashboard for your servers on your own domain, with nothing else to run. Deploy qBittorrent Web UI 2.45.0 as one pinned container with a generated admin login, closed sign-ups and an encryption key for saved credentials, published over HTTPS in minutes. qBittorrent itself is not bundled: you add the address of the servers you already run.
qBittorrent Web UI, or qbitwebui, is a modern web interface for managing multiple qBittorrent instances from one dashboard, built with React, Hono and Bun. Upstream lists a multi-instance overview, Prowlarr integration, RSS management, bulk actions, themes and a network agent. A self-hosted qBittorrent Web UI is an alternative to opening each client's default web interface separately, released under the MIT licence, with its documentation published upstream.
On xCloud it is qbitwebui 2.45.0 using the upstream image, pinned by digest, in one container with a SQLite database on the qbitwebui_data volume. xCloud generates the admin password and an encryption key, keeps sign-ups closed and serves it over HTTPS. The app starts empty and does not include qBittorrent, so you connect your own servers after sign-in.
A multi-server dashboard needs the app, a database, an admin account, an encryption key, a domain and a certificate before the first instance is connected. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick qBittorrent Web UI from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server; the install form has no fields.
Step 02
One click. We start ghcr.io/mkbula/qbitwebui:2.45.0, pinned by digest, mount qbitwebui_data for its SQLite database, generate the admin password and encryption key, keep sign-ups closed and publish it over HTTPS.
Step 03
Sign in as admin and change the password in the app, then add your qBittorrent server under Instances with its web UI address, username and password. Add Prowlarr as well if you use it.
qBittorrent Web UI runs here as the dashboard only, with its settings on a server you control and your clients wherever they already run.
Manage several qBittorrent instances from one page, with an overview of status, speeds and torrent counts for each.
Search indexers through Prowlarr, if you connect it, and send results straight to a qBittorrent instance.
Add torrents by magnet or file, set priorities, manage trackers and peers, and filter by status, category, tag or tracker.
Define RSS rules and feeds, and watch progress and speeds refresh automatically without reloading the page.
Saved qBittorrent and Prowlarr logins are encrypted with a generated key that must stay stable once you add an instance.
Public registration is off, so the seeded admin is the only account until you open registration yourself.
Managed hosting for qBittorrent Web UI, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Check status, speeds and torrent counts across several instances without logging in to each one.
Use Prowlarr search from the same interface and push the result to the instance you pick.
Open one HTTPS dashboard instead of exposing every client's own interface.
Define feeds and rules once in the dashboard and apply them to the instance that needs them.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

No. This template deploys the dashboard only, and it starts empty. After signing in, add the address, username and password of your own qBittorrent server under Instances, plus Prowlarr if you use it. Until you do, the dashboard has nothing to show.
Yes. Multi-instance management is the point of the app: connect several qBittorrent servers and see their status, speeds and torrent counts together, then manage torrents on each from one interface, using the same login on every page.
Yes. Upstream lists Prowlarr integration to search indexers and send torrents directly to qBittorrent. Add the Prowlarr address and key under Instances, and keep the encryption key stable so the saved credentials stay readable after any restart or restore.
Yes. Upstream publishes a Docker image, and this template is qBittorrent Web UI Docker hosting without the setup: the 2.45.0 image pinned by digest, one data volume, a generated admin login and HTTPS on your own domain.
The manifest floor is 256 MB of RAM with a single core and 1 GB of disk, since the app is a dashboard that stores a small SQLite database. The 6 GB plan sits far above that and leaves room for other apps.
Yes. The MIT licence covers qbitwebui, so the dashboard is free to run. You pay for the Cloud VPS beneath it, which makes this a qBittorrent Web UI cloud of your own, with your torrent clients wherever they already live.
No. Sign-ups are closed, so the seeded admin is the only account. Signed-in users can make this server request any address they enter, so do not share the account, and think carefully before you reopen registration in the Environment editor.
The key encrypts the qBittorrent and Prowlarr credentials stored in the database. If it changes or is removed, saved instance credentials become unreadable and you must re-enter them. Keep a copy of the key with every backup, because a restore needs exactly the same value.
Back up qbitwebui_data, which holds the SQLite database and encryption salt, together with the ENCRYPTION_KEY value, since a restore needs the same key. Nothing backs it up automatically, so copy it off the server and test a restore on a spare install first.
The install stays on its pinned 2.45.0 image until you adopt a newer template version. Back up qbitwebui_data and the key first, then read the upstream release notes. Nothing upgrades the dashboard automatically, and a redeploy keeps your saved instances.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
