Deploy Cleanuparr hosting and run a self-hosted download cleaner that watches the queues of your Sonarr, Radarr and Lidarr and your download clients. xCloud starts the pinned official image as one container, keeps its SQLite database and settings on a config volume and publishes the interface over HTTPS. Cleanuparr has no preset login, so open it straight away and create the administrator before sharing the address.
Cleanuparr is an advanced download manager for the Servarr ecosystem, released under GPL-3.0. Upstream says it works with Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Readarr and Whisparr alongside qBittorrent, Transmission and Deluge, with a strike system that removes and blocks stalled, failed, slow and malicious downloads, plus searches for missing items and quality upgrades. Self-hosted Cleanuparr is the option for people who would otherwise clean those queues by hand, one stuck download at a time.
On xCloud the template runs ghcr.io/cleanuparr/cleanuparr 2.10.9, pinned by digest, as a single .NET container with an embedded SQLite database on the cleanuparr_config volume. No Sonarr, Radarr or download client is bundled; Cleanuparr connects to yours by URL and API key. There is no preset login: the first visitor completes the setup wizard and becomes the only administrator.
A Cleanuparr setup normally means a container, a persistent config volume, a domain and a certificate before the first queue is checked. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick Cleanuparr from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server, and set your timezone (for example UTC or Asia/Dhaka).
Step 02
One click. We bring up the official Cleanuparr image, pinned by immutable digest, mount the cleanuparr_config volume for its SQLite databases, settings, keys and logs, and publish it over HTTPS on your domain. The first start creates the database and can take about a minute.
Step 03
Open your HTTPS Cleanuparr URL and finish the setup wizard right away to create the administrator account. Then add your Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr and download client instances under Settings and enable the cleanup rules you want.
Cleanuparr runs in full here: queue cleanup for your *arr apps and download clients, on your own domain, with its settings kept on a persistent volume.
Removes stalled, failed, slow and malicious downloads from the queues of Sonarr, Radarr and Lidarr.
Blocks unwanted file types and can search for replacements for the downloads it removes.
Add your existing Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr and download client instances by URL and API key; they can run on any server.
A built-in setup wizard creates the single administrator account on the first visit; after that, account creation is rejected and the API requires sign-in.
A single .NET process with an embedded SQLite database; idle use measured about 114 MiB in QA.
Your instances, cleanup rules and account live on the cleanuparr_config volume and were re-read intact after an xCloud Restart in QA.
Managed hosting for Cleanuparr, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Mark downloads that stall, fail to import or crawl with strikes, then remove and block them so the queue keeps moving without a daily check.
Use the Malware Blocker patterns that upstream describes to remove files such as fake archives that would otherwise sit in Sonarr or Radarr.
Let Cleanuparr trigger searches for missing items and for quality or custom format upgrades, as upstream lists, across your Radarr and Sonarr libraries.
Clean up downloads that have seeded long enough or are no longer referenced by the arrs, and move unclaimed files into a dedicated folder.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Cleanuparr is used to keep media download queues healthy. It watches Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr and your download clients, marks stalled, failed, slow or malicious downloads with strikes, then removes and blocks them and can trigger a new search. It was created to deal with malicious files that got stuck in the arrs.
Yes. Cleanuparr is open source under GPL-3.0, so there is no licence fee. xCloud bills for the dedicated Cloud VPS that runs it and for the deployment. The Sonarr, Radarr and download client instances it manages are separate programs that you run yourself, and the template does not bundle them.
Yes. For Cleanuparr Docker hosting the template runs the official ghcr.io/cleanuparr image at 2.10.9, pinned by digest, as one container with a config volume and a health check, behind HTTPS on your domain. The app is served at the domain root, so do not set a base path.
Cleanuparr's manifest floor is 256 MB of RAM, one core and 2 GB of disk, because it is a single .NET process with an embedded SQLite database. The 6 GB tier on this page is far more than it needs, so it can share the server with the arr apps it looks after.
Upstream lists Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Readarr, Whisparr and others, plus the download clients qBittorrent, Transmission and Deluge. You add each instance under Settings with a reachable URL and API key. The template bundles none of them, so they must already run somewhere this server can reach.
Cleanuparr has no preset login, so the first visitor creates the single administrator account in the setup wizard. Do that straight after install, before sharing the address. Leave the option to disable sign-in for local addresses off, because behind the HTTPS proxy every request looks local, and it would let any visitor in.
Sign in, open Settings, and add each Sonarr, Radarr or Lidarr instance with its URL and API key, then add your download client. Enable only the cleanup rules you want and review them with the dry-run or test options before letting Cleanuparr delete anything. Its stored API keys make the administrator account sensitive.
Back up the complete cleanuparr_config volume while Cleanuparr is stopped or quiet. It holds the SQLite databases, cleanuparr.json, the data-protection keys and the logs. Losing the keys signs everyone out. Keep a copy off-server and test a restore before trusting it.
Version 2.10.9 is fixed by tag and digest, so catalog changes affect only new installs. Back up /config, read the Cleanuparr release notes, then pick a later template version. Test a restored copy first if your rules are elaborate, and run the new version in dry-run mode before it deletes.
It can remove downloads from the queues it manages, which is its job, so test first. Upstream describes removing and blocking downloads that reach a strike limit and cleaning up seeding or orphaned items. Use the dry-run and test options, start with conservative rules, and keep backups of anything you cannot re-download.
Yes. Cleanuparr cloud use puts the container on a dedicated Cloud VPS with your domain and certificate attached. Your Sonarr, Radarr and download clients can live anywhere Cleanuparr can reach by URL. A machine rented from another provider can be enrolled as self-managed.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
