Deploy Logto hosting and run a self-hosted identity provider for your apps, with OIDC and OAuth 2.1 sign-in, enterprise SSO, MFA and RBAC. xCloud runs the pinned Logto 1.44.0 image with a private PostgreSQL database, gives the sign-in and API endpoint and the Admin Console each their own HTTPS domain, and keeps the data on a persistent volume. The first account you register in the Admin Console becomes the administrator.
Self-hosted Logto is, in its README's words, modern, open-source auth infrastructure for SaaS and AI apps. It takes the pain out of OIDC and OAuth 2.1 with multi-tenancy, enterprise SSO and RBAC, pre-built sign-in flows with SDKs for 30+ frameworks, SAML support and agent-friendly architectures. It stands in for a hosted authentication service, including Logto's own cloud, and is released under the MPL-2.0 licence, so your users and sign-in settings stay with you.
On xCloud the template runs the svhd/logto 1.44.0 image beside a private PostgreSQL 17 database, both pinned by immutable digest, with a logto_postgres volume. The sign-in, OIDC and API endpoint and the Admin Console get separate HTTPS domains. There is no default admin login, and changing the sign-in domain later changes the OIDC issuer.
Self-hosting an identity provider normally means two domains, a database and a first-run admin race before a single app can sign a user in. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account, pick Logto from the OneClick catalog, and select two domains: one for sign-in & API (for example auth.example.com) and one for the Admin Console (for example auth-admin.example.com).
Step 02
One click. We bring up the pinned Logto 1.44.0 image with a private PostgreSQL 17 database, publish the sign-in/API and Admin Console endpoints over HTTPS on your two domains, and generate the database password.
Step 03
Open the Admin Console URL right away and register — the first account claims the administrator role and Admin Console registration then closes. Create an application using https://<sign-in domain>/oidc as the issuer for each app that should sign in through Logto.
Logto's sign-in endpoint, Admin Console and PostgreSQL database run here, on infrastructure you control.
Add OIDC / OAuth 2.1 sign-in to your apps with SDKs for 30+ frameworks, plus SAML application support.
Offer social and enterprise SSO, multi-factor authentication, roles and organizations without building auth yourself.
The Admin Console is served separately from the public sign-in, OIDC and API domain your users and applications see.
Change either domain from xCloud's Domain page and the matching Logto endpoint setting is rewritten automatically, with Logto restarted into it — no hand-edited config.
Users, applications, sign-in experience and signing keys stay in your own private PostgreSQL database with no published port.
After an xCloud Restart, the administrator account, applications and end users are all intact, and the first-run seed is not repeated.
Managed hosting for Logto, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Connect your application to Logto over OIDC or OAuth 2.1 using one of the SDKs, instead of building login yourself.
Enable enterprise single sign-on and multi-factor authentication for the customers and users of your product.
Use RBAC and organisations to decide who can do what across your applications.
Users, applications, signing keys and sign-in settings sit in a PostgreSQL volume on your Cloud VPS, not with a hosted auth vendor.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

The template's floor is 1 CPU core, 512 MB of RAM and 5 GB of disk. The 6 GB plan sold on this page leaves comfortable headroom for Logto and its PostgreSQL database, and the database volume grows with users and logs.
Yes. Logto is MPL-2.0 licensed, per the LICENSE file at the v1.44.0 tag, so this self-hosted edition carries no licence fee, and xCloud charges only for the dedicated Cloud VPS, separate from the Logto licence and from Logto's cloud product.
Yes, and this is Logto Docker hosting prepared for you: the template runs the official svhd/logto 1.44.0 image beside PostgreSQL 17, both pinned by immutable digest, behind two HTTPS domains, so it works as Logto cloud hosting on your own VPS.
Both are identity platforms for applications. Logto's README stresses pre-built sign-in flows, SDKs for 30+ frameworks, multi-tenancy and SSO. ZITADEL has its own xCloud page, so compare the two against the protocols and tenancy you need.
Open the Admin Console URL from the installation credentials right away and register. The first account becomes the administrator, and registration in the Admin Console closes after that. There is no default admin login, so do this before sharing the address.
Logto serves the Admin Console separately from the sign-in, OIDC and API endpoint. xCloud gives each its own HTTPS domain and keeps Logto's endpoint settings in sync when either domain changes. Choose them before you connect applications.
Changing the sign-in domain changes the OIDC issuer, and applications already configured with the old issuer stop validating until you update them. Pick the sign-in domain before connecting production apps, and plan a coordinated update if you must move.
No, not by default. Outbound webhooks, SSO and OIDC calls to private network addresses are blocked by default. Allow specific addresses with SSRF_ALLOWED_ADDRESSES only if you need them, since each one widens what a configured connector can reach.
The logto_postgres volume, the PostgreSQL data directory holding users, applications, sign-in experience, signing keys and logs, for example with pg_dump from the database container. Keep copies off the server, keep them private, and test a restore.
Nothing upgrades it for you: the install stays on pinned release 1.44.0 until you adopt a newer template version. Back up the database first, read Logto's release notes, then check Admin Console sign-in and one application's login afterwards.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
