Deploy Memgraph hosting and run a self-hosted graph database that answers openCypher queries over the Bolt protocol, with the graph held in memory and saved to disk. xCloud starts the pinned official image, creates the first user with a generated password so it is never open, and keeps snapshots and logs on persistent volumes. There is no web interface and Bolt is unencrypted by default, so open its port only to trusted clients.
Memgraph is an in-memory graph database, built in C and C++, that speaks openCypher over the Bolt protocol. Upstream describes built-in vector, text and geospatial indexes, ACID transactions and use as a graph engine for GraphRAG and graph analytics. Its template notes that Neo4j-style drivers work against it. Self-hosted Memgraph is a self-run alternative to a hosted graph database such as Neo4j.
On xCloud the template runs the official memgraph/memgraph 3.13.2 image, pinned by digest, as one container with two volumes: memgraph_data for snapshots, the write-ahead log and users, and memgraph_log. The licence is BSL-1.1 for Community, with a separate Enterprise licence, and BSL 1.1 does not allow offering it as a database service. There is no web interface; clients connect over Bolt on an allocated public port.
A Memgraph server normally means writing a compose file, choosing ports, creating the first user and wiring up volumes before the first query. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick Memgraph from the OneClick catalog. Choose your server, then set the username (it defaults to memgraph) — leave the password empty and one is generated for you.
Step 02
One click. We start the official Memgraph image, pinned by immutable digest, as a single container with no other services, mount the memgraph_data and memgraph_log volumes, create the first user, switch anonymous telemetry off, and publish Bolt and the Memgraph Lab log stream on allocated ports.
Step 03
Copy the Bolt URI, username and password from the protected installation credentials, open your firewall for your client addresses, then connect with a Bolt driver or mgconsole and run your first CREATE and MATCH queries. There is no web page to open.
Memgraph runs in full here: an openCypher graph database you reach over Bolt, with the data on volumes you own.
Model connected data as nodes and relationships and query it with openCypher from any Bolt driver or from mgconsole.
The Bolt endpoint lets existing Bolt drivers connect to the instance using a host, port, username and password.
The first user is created from the install form, and unauthenticated and wrong-password connections were rejected in QA.
Memgraph Lab can connect to the same host and Bolt port, using the log stream port for its WebSocket log view.
Snapshots, the write-ahead log and the user store live on the memgraph_data volume; a node written before an xCloud Restart was still present afterwards.
Anonymous usage telemetry is disabled in this template, so the instance does not report usage upstream.
Managed hosting for Memgraph, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Store people, accounts, devices or documents and the relationships between them as a graph.
Use Neo4j-style drivers and openCypher queries over the Bolt protocol.
Give a GraphRAG or AI memory pipeline a graph it can query over Bolt from its own driver.
Combine vector, text and geospatial indexes with graph traversal in one query.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Yes. For Memgraph Docker hosting the template runs the official memgraph/memgraph 3.13.2 image, pinned by digest, as one container. Bolt on port 7687 and the Memgraph Lab log stream on port 7444 are each published on an allocated host port, with persistent volumes for data and logs.
Memgraph Community is source-available under BSL-1.1, not an OSI open-source licence, and Enterprise features need a separate Memgraph Enterprise licence. BSL 1.1 does not permit running it as a database-as-a-service. xCloud bills for the dedicated Cloud VPS and the deployment; no Enterprise features are included.
The manifest floor is 256 MB of RAM, one CPU and 4 GB of disk, but Memgraph keeps the whole graph in memory, so use scales with your data. Upstream recommends 16 GB or more for production graphs. The 6 GB plan on this page suits small graphs; move up for larger ones.
Connect a Bolt driver or mgconsole to bolt://server-ip:allocated-port with the username and password from your credentials card. Memgraph Lab, a separate application, can use the same host and port. There is no web interface on this install, and the database is usually ready within about a minute.
It is password-protected from the first start, because the template always creates a first user. But Bolt is unencrypted plain TCP by default and the platform never opens the firewall, so open the allocated ports only for client addresses you trust, or configure Bolt TLS yourself. Leave port 7444 closed if you do not use Lab.
Back up memgraph_data (snapshots, write-ahead log and the user store) and memgraph_log. Run CREATE SNAPSHOT and stop the service before copying volume contents, since the live graph is in memory. Never run docker compose down -v on a retained install. Test a restore before relying on it.
Version 3.13.2 is fixed by digest, so a catalog update reaches new installs only. Take a snapshot, back up the volumes, read the upstream release notes, then adopt a newer template version without deleting volumes. A large saved dataset takes longer to load back into memory on each start.
MEMGRAPH_USER and MEMGRAPH_PASSWORD apply only while that user does not exist, so editing them and redeploying changes nothing for an existing user. Rotate the password over Bolt with SET PASSWORD FOR your_user TO a new value, then store the new password safely.
Yes. Memgraph cloud use gives the database a dedicated Cloud VPS with allocated public Bolt and log-stream ports. A server rented elsewhere can be enrolled as self-managed. On hosts with vm.max_map_count below 524288, Memgraph prints a startup warning and very large datasets may fail allocations.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
