Noodle Gallery hosting on xCloud lets you deploy Noodle Gallery as a private photo and video library on your own domain. xCloud runs the pinned upstream images with private PostgreSQL, Valkey and machine-learning services, creates your administrator account from the email you enter and a generated password, mounts persistent volumes and publishes the app over HTTPS, so your photos stay on a server you control.
Noodle Gallery is a self-hosted photo and video management platform and a community fork of Immich, offering automatic mobile backup, a timeline, albums, sharing, facial recognition and semantic search. A self-hosted Noodle Gallery is a private photo library that replaces a cloud service such as Google Photos. On top of Immich it adds Shared Spaces with Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, Global People, Google Photos import and S3-compatible storage. It is licensed AGPL-3.0.
On xCloud it is Noodle Gallery v5.8.0 with the upstream server and machine-learning images pinned by digest, plus PostgreSQL and Valkey, all private to the install. Originals and thumbnails live in the library_data volume and metadata in postgres_data. You enter the administrator email, xCloud generates the password, and HTTPS runs on your own domain. Machine learning runs on the CPU.
A self-hosted photo library normally means a server, a vector-enabled database, a job queue, a machine-learning service, volumes, a domain and a certificate before the first upload. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick Noodle Gallery from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server, then enter the email address for the administrator account.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the Noodle Gallery server and machine-learning images pinned by immutable digest, with private PostgreSQL and Valkey kept off the public internet, mount the library_data, postgres_data and model_cache volumes, generate the administrator password and database credentials, and publish the web UI and API over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
Save the generated password from the credentials card and open your HTTPS URL — the first start runs database migrations, so allow a few minutes. Sign in as the administrator, upload a test photo, then point the mobile app at the same URL.
Noodle Gallery runs in full here: a photo and video library on your own domain, backed by a database and storage you own.
Back up and browse photos and videos from your own server, organised in a timeline and in albums.
Share albums and items with a link. Anyone holding a share link can view what it shares without signing in, so share deliberately.
The bundled machine-learning service powers facial recognition and semantic search. It runs on the CPU; no hardware acceleration is enabled.
Install the mobile app and use your HTTPS URL as the server endpoint. Upstream's apps support background camera backup.
Upstream adds collaborative Spaces with Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, where photos are linked by reference so a Space costs no extra storage.
Upstream includes a guided in-browser wizard for Google Takeout archives that keeps dates, GPS, descriptions and album structure.
Managed hosting for Noodle Gallery, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Keep your family's photos and videos on a server you control instead of a third-party photo service, with a timeline and albums to browse them.
Connect the mobile app to your HTTPS URL so new photos and videos from your phone are copied to your own library.
Create albums and share them by link, or invite other users and give each the permissions you choose.
Use facial recognition and semantic search to locate a person or a scene across a large library.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

The template requires 6144 MB of RAM, 2 CPU cores and 20 GB of disk, and upstream recommends 8 GB and 4 cores. QA measured about 1.4 GiB idle. A 6144 MB floor leaves little headroom, so this page sells the 16 GB plan.
Yes, and this template is noodle gallery docker hosting without the setup: the upstream server and machine-learning images pinned by digest, PostgreSQL, Valkey, the library_data and postgres_data volumes, a generated administrator password and HTTPS on your own domain.
Noodle Gallery is a community fork of Immich that adds Shared Spaces, Global People, Google Photos import and S3-compatible storage, among other features. Upstream says the database and library are compatible and provides a script to switch back to Immich.
Yes. Upstream provides iPhone and Android apps; install one and enter your HTTPS URL as the server endpoint. Basic Auth in front of the site is not enabled by this template, because it can interfere with the mobile app.
Upstream lists a Google Photos import among the features it adds to Immich. The import is configured inside the app after you sign in. A large first import can be slow here, because machine learning and transcoding run on the CPU.
Yes. Noodle Gallery is open source under the AGPL-3.0 licence, so the software has no licence fee. Hosting costs come from the Cloud VPS alone, and this Noodle Gallery cloud install belongs to you.
Photos and videos are private to each user until shared. Share links are public to anyone holding the link, so treat them like passwords. Administrators can invite further users and give each the permissions you choose.
Back up the library_data volume, which holds originals, uploads, thumbnails and database dumps, and the postgres_data volume, which holds users, metadata and albums, off the server. model_cache only holds reconstructible models.
The install stays on its pinned v5.8.0 images until you adopt a newer template version. Back up library_data and postgres_data first and read the upstream release notes. No upgrade happens on its own, and a redeploy leaves both volumes in place.
The template's nginx accepts uploads up to 10 GB per request, and the application itself sets no per-file cap. Very large uploads over slow links may still time out, so test with a small photo before relying on phone backup.
No. Facial recognition and semantic search run on the CPU, and the template configures no hardware acceleration or external libraries, so a large first import can take a while. The first model download also takes time.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
