Deploy Notifuse hosting and run campaigns, automations and transactional email from your own server. xCloud runs the pinned Notifuse v41.0 image with a private PostgreSQL 17 database, generates the secret key and database credentials, mounts persistent volumes and publishes the console and API over HTTPS — your contacts and campaign data stay on your infrastructure.
Notifuse is a self-hosted emailing platform for sending newsletters and transactional email. It pairs a visual MJML email builder, campaign scheduling and list management with a visual automation builder and a REST API, and it is written in Go and React on top of PostgreSQL.
It also includes cookieless web analytics and open and click tracking in the same database. Notifuse does not send mail itself: you connect your own provider (Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, Mailjet, SparkPost, SendGrid or SMTP) and pay that provider for sending.
A Notifuse stack normally means the app, a PostgreSQL database, a generated secret key, volumes, a domain and a certificate before the first campaign. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick Notifuse from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server — there are no extra fields to fill in.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the official Notifuse image, pinned by immutable digest, with a private PostgreSQL 17 database that has no public port, mount the notifuse_db and notifuse_data volumes, generate the secret key and database credentials, and publish the console over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
Open https://your-domain/console/setup straight away and enter the root email, your SMTP settings and the API endpoint. Then sign in with the magic code emailed to the root email, create your first workspace and connect your email provider.
Notifuse runs in full here: campaigns, automations, a transactional API and web analytics on a PostgreSQL database you own.
A drag-and-drop editor with MJML components and real-time preview for newsletters and campaigns, with scheduling, A/B testing and list segmentation.
Build multi-step journeys on a canvas with delays, branches, filters, list actions, webhook steps and in-flow A/B tests, with a draft, live and paused state.
Send automated email through a REST API with Liquid templating, using Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, Mailjet, SparkPost, SendGrid or SMTP.
Track opens, clicks and delivery per campaign in the console, with campaign reports stored in your own database.
Built-in, cookieless web analytics with goals and channel attribution runs on the same PostgreSQL database, so there is no extra analytics service to deploy.
Keep separate brands or clients in their own workspaces, each with its own contacts, lists and templates. Up to three workspaces need no licence key.
Managed hosting for Notifuse, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Design a campaign in the drag-and-drop editor, segment your lists, schedule the send and A/B test subject lines or content.
Welcome series, follow-ups and re-engagement journeys built from delays, branches, filters and webhook steps on a visual flow builder.
Send receipts, password resets and notifications through the REST API, with Liquid templates and the provider you already use.
Give each brand or client its own workspace with its own contacts, lists and templates, on one server you control.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

It runs on your own server, so contacts and campaign data stay with you, and it sends through the email provider you connect. Upstream lists unlimited emails, contacts and team members with no licence key; you pay your email provider for sending.
Notifuse uses magic-code sign-in. After you complete the setup wizard with your root email and SMTP settings, Notifuse emails you a one-time code each time you sign in. SMTP must work before anyone can sign in.
Open /console/setup on your domain straight away and complete the wizard (root email, SMTP settings and the API endpoint, with no trailing slash). Until it is done, the first visitor to that page becomes the root user; afterwards the wizard closes and cannot be re-run. The app restarts once when setup finishes, so reload after a few seconds if the page drops.
A private PostgreSQL 17 database container. It has no public ports; only Notifuse talks to it. The inbound SMTP bridge is off and its port is not published.
No, for most uses. Notifuse v41.0 is released under the Business Source License 1.1, which allows production use, including hosting for others. Six features need a key: more than three workspaces, granular permission sets, Amazon SES tenant provisioning, Single Sign-On, multilingual template variants and audit-log recording. Sending is never gated.
No. You connect Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, Mailjet, SparkPost, SendGrid or SMTP. Sender domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce handling and sending limits come from that provider, so set them up before sending production mail. Some VPS providers restrict outbound SMTP ports; an API-based provider avoids that.
The notifuse_db volume (PostgreSQL data), ideally with a pg_dumpall dump because Notifuse creates a separate database per workspace, plus the generated secret key and database credentials. The notifuse_data volume only holds an optional GeoLite2 City override. Keep a copy off the server and test restores.
It encrypts stored provider secrets and signs tokens. Changing it after data is written makes those secrets unreadable, so save it from the protected installation credentials and keep it for the life of the site.
No. The template pins Notifuse v41.0 by immutable digest; existing sites are not automatically upgraded. Back up first, read the upstream release notes, then change the readable image tag and its digest together and redeploy. PostgreSQL major-version upgrades need pg_upgrade and are not automatic. Server-level backups and snapshots are available on every Cloud VPS.
The template's baseline asks for 1 CPU core, 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of disk; measured idle use in QA was about 50 to 75 MiB. This page sells the 6 GB tier as the entry rung, with real headroom for campaigns and analytics data above that baseline.
Workspaces, lists and contacts survived an xCloud Restart of both the app and its database in QA, because they live on the persistent notifuse_db volume.
No. No official partnership or endorsement between xCloud and the Notifuse project has been verified. This is a deployment and server-management option for Notifuse.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No credit card required, and no plan you have to grow into.
