VueTorrent hosting on xCloud lets you deploy VueTorrent, a sleek Vue.js web interface for qBittorrent, together with the qBittorrent client it controls, on your own domain. xCloud runs the pinned container with persistent volumes for configuration and downloads, sets the login you choose and publishes the interface over HTTPS. You open the peer port in your own firewall, and should only download content you have the right to.
VueTorrent is a web interface for qBittorrent built with Vue.js, described upstream as the sleekest-looking WebUI for qBittorrent. It is a visual skin that uses qBittorrent's WebAPI, so anything compatible with the classic WebUI works with it, and it adds a configurable dashboard, session statistics, transfer graphs, tags and categories, keyboard shortcuts and a mobile-friendly PWA. A self-hosted VueTorrent is a modern qBittorrent WebUI on your own server. Its licence is GPL-3.0.
On xCloud it is VueTorrent 2.36.1 on qBittorrent 5.2.4, in one container, with the interface downloaded from ghcr.io at first start. The vuetorrent_config and vuetorrent_downloads volumes hold settings and downloaded files. The username and password you set are written to qBittorrent's configuration at first start only. One install runs per server, and other peers can see its public IP.
Self-hosting a torrent manager normally means a container, a domain, a certificate and a peer port opened in your firewall before a single torrent can download. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account, pick VueTorrent from the OneClick catalog, choose a domain, and set the Administrator Username (default admin) and Administrator Password, or leave the password empty to generate one.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the pinned qBittorrent 5.2.4 image with the VueTorrent interface, publish it over HTTPS on your domain, and show the credentials in the protected installation credentials.
Step 03
Open the HTTPS VueTorrent URL (allow a minute or two on first start) and sign in. In your firewall, allow the allocated incoming TCP peer port, then add your first torrent.
VueTorrent runs in full here — the same torrent management as any hosted qBittorrent interface, on infrastructure you control.
A fast, responsive torrent manager usable from desktop or phone browsers.
Manage torrents, RSS feeds and search plugins from one interface.
Sign-in is set at install time; the web interface is served only through xCloud-managed HTTPS.
Runs on qBittorrent 5.2.4 (libtorrent v2) with the VueTorrent interface preinstalled.
Verified on QA with a real 802 MB torrent downloaded and seeded over BitTorrent.
Settings, torrent resume data and downloads survive an xCloud Restart.
Managed hosting for VueTorrent, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Add, pause, resume and remove torrents from a responsive interface, installable as a PWA on a phone, without a desktop client open.
Tag and categorise torrents and filter the list, so a large collection of Linux images or open datasets stays easy to browse.
Watch session statistics and transfer graphs on the dashboard, so you see speed and progress at a glance on a server running around the clock.
Use the qBittorrent WebAPI that the interface sits on, so tools compatible with the classic WebUI keep working against your own server.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

For VueTorrent the template asks 512 MB of RAM, 1 CPU core and 20 GB of disk. The client is light, so the 6 GB plan is generous, and the disk you choose limits how much you can download.
Yes, and this template is vuetorrent docker hosting without the setup: qBittorrent with the interface in one container, the vuetorrent_config and vuetorrent_downloads volumes, a login you set and HTTPS on your own domain, one install per server.
No. Upstream describes a WebUI for qBittorrent that uses its WebAPI. This install bundles the qBittorrent client and the interface together, so you manage the same client that downloads the files. Both are managed from the one page.
xCloud never opens firewall ports. Allow the incoming TCP peer port shown in your credentials in your own firewall. UDP for DHT and uTP is published on a different port than qBittorrent announces, so rely on TCP peers.
The interface is downloaded from ghcr.io at first start, and if that fails qBittorrent switches it off. Once the server can reach ghcr.io, open Options, Web UI, tick Use alternative WebUI and enter /vuetorrent. The fix needs no redeploy.
For running your own client around the clock, yes. Upstream offers a WebUI and makes no comparison with seedboxes. You supply the bandwidth, disk and firewall rules, and other peers can see your server's IP address.
Yes. VueTorrent is GPL-3.0 licensed with no fee for the interface. The Cloud VPS is your only bill, so this VueTorrent cloud install is yours alone. Download only content you have the right to. Bandwidth is the practical limit.
Back up vuetorrent_config, which holds qBittorrent's settings and torrent state, and keep it off the server. vuetorrent_downloads holds the downloaded files, which you can copy if you need them. Test a restore before relying on it.
VueTorrent stays on its pinned release, 2.36.1 on qBittorrent 5.2.4, until you adopt a newer template version. Back up both volumes first and check the release notes, since qBittorrent does not promise a config downgrade. Upgrades never run automatically.
qBittorrent bans the address for an hour, and behind the web proxy every visitor shares one address, so everyone is locked out. Restart the site to clear the ban. Choose a long password to avoid lockouts.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
