Deploy xyOps hosting and run jobs, workflows and server monitoring from one interface on your own domain. xCloud runs the pinned xyOps v1.1.6 image as a single container with embedded SQLite, replaces the upstream admin / admin login with a generated password, keeps data, configuration and logs on three persistent volumes and publishes it over HTTPS. Jobs run as root in the container, so give accounts only to people you trust.
xyOps is a complete, self-hosted platform for job scheduling, visual workflow automation, server monitoring, alerting and incident response. Upstream calls it the next generation of Cronicle and says every application feature is free and open source, with no telemetry and no feature gates. It launches scripts and plugins on one server, a group or a fleet, builds workflows with branching and approvals, shows jobs and servers together, and captures a server snapshot when an alert fires. Self-hosted xyOps is released under the BSD-3-Clause licence.
On xCloud it is xyOps v1.1.6, pinned by digest, as one conductor container with embedded SQLite and a local worker, on the xyops_data, xyops_conf and xyops_logs volumes. The generated admin password is re-applied on every start. Jobs run as root inside the container through the local worker, and the Docker socket is not mounted. xyOps contacts GitHub for version checks and its plugin marketplace unless you turn that off.
An xyOps install normally means a container, three volumes, a secret key, a replaced default login, a domain and a certificate before the first job. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick xyOps from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server — there are no extra fields to fill in.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the official xyOps image, pinned by immutable digest, as a single container with embedded SQLite and no other services, generate the admin password, mount the xyops_data, xyops_conf and xyops_logs volumes, and publish it over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
Save the admin password from the protected installation credentials, open your HTTPS URL (the first start can take a minute or two) and sign in as admin. Create your first event, or add a worker server from the Add Server dialog.
xyOps runs in full here: a scheduler, workflow engine and monitoring system on your own server, with a local worker ready to go.
Schedule and run jobs and multi-step workflows from a single web UI.
A local worker is enabled, so jobs run right after install.
Add worker servers from the UI; they connect over HTTPS/WSS on port 443, so no extra port is opened.
Collect server metrics, raise alerts and keep tickets in the same place.
No separate database or cache service to run; data lives on the xyops_data volume.
Jobs, job history and the local worker survived an xCloud Restart in verification.
Managed hosting for xyOps, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Launch scripts on one server, a group or a fleet with cron expressions, intervals, webhooks, queues and resource limits.
Build workflows with branching, parallel steps, joins and human approval, and replay them when something fails.
Capture a snapshot of metrics, processes and connections when an alert fires, then open a ticket from it.
Import Cronicle data through the interface and keep compatible plugins and scheduling concepts.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

Yes. Upstream's quick start is a docker run, with a self-hosting guide for persistent deployments, and this template is xyOps Docker hosting already assembled: the v1.1.6 image pinned by digest, three volumes, a generated admin and HTTPS. It is your own xyOps cloud scheduler.
xyOps declares 512 MB of RAM, 1 core and 5 GB of disk; idle use in QA was about 100 MiB. The starting plan is 6 GB, with room for jobs and growing logs. Jobs run in the same container, so heavy jobs add to it.
Yes, BSD-3-Clause open source, and upstream says every application feature including SSO is free with no feature gates. The Cloud VPS is the one cost, cancellable any time. There is no per-seat or per-server licence fee anywhere in the stack.
Use the admin username and the generated Admin Password from the installation credentials. The upstream admin / admin login is rejected. The password is applied on every start, so change it in the Environment editor rather than in the app.
Upstream calls xyOps the next generation of Cronicle, built by Cronicle's creator, and offers a Cronicle migration guide. You can import Cronicle data through the interface and keep compatible plugins. Check the guide for what carries over before you move a busy schedule.
Yes. Add a server from the UI; the install command points the worker at your site's HTTPS domain on port 443. Upstream uses lightweight xySat workers with no Node.js requirement, and no extra port is opened on the xyOps server.
Jobs run as root inside the xyOps container through the built-in local worker, and the Docker socket is not mounted. Anyone with an administrator or job-editing account can run commands in that container, so create accounts only for people you trust.
Do not change XYOPS_secret_key after install. It encrypts stored secrets and signs worker tokens, so changing it breaks saved secrets and connected workers. XYOPS_hostname and XYOPS_masters must also stay set to xyops. Treat all three as fixed.
xyOps contacts GitHub for version checks and the plugin marketplace. Version checks can be switched off by setting the commented XYOPS_multi__enable_version_checks line to false in the environment. Email needs a mail host and port in the environment; the upstream default is localhost:25.
Back up the xyops_data, xyops_conf and xyops_logs volumes together, plus the stable values in the environment file, especially the secret key. Stop the container for a consistent SQLite copy, and test a restore on a spare install before you rely on it.
The install stays on pinned v1.1.6 until you adopt a newer template version. Back up all three volumes, glance at upstream's release notes, then redeploy and check sign-in, a job and a worker. Existing sites are never upgraded automatically.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
