How do I sign in — is there a default administrator account?

How do I change the administrator password?
Rotate it inside Beaver Habit Tracker itself, from the application's own account settings. The generated ADMIN_EMAIL and ADMIN_PASSWORD values only create the administrator while the data volume is empty — editing them in xCloud's installation settings afterward has no effect on an existing account.
What does xCloud configure automatically?
The administrator account from the email you provide, a generated administrator password, stable JWT, NiceGUI storage and password-reset secrets, the persistent data volume, the domain and the HTTPS route. Only Beaver Habit Tracker's web application is published through xCloud-managed HTTPS.
Does password reset by email work out of the box?
No. Password-reset email requires optional SMTP settings that this baseline template does not configure. Until SMTP is added, restore account access from a known-good backup rather than relying on a reset email.
What should I back up?
The beaverhabits_data volume, stopping the app first — it holds the SQLite database and Beaver Habit Tracker's own application backups together as one unit. Keep the generated JWT, NiceGUI storage and password-reset secrets stable across any restore; rotating them invalidates sessions and reset tokens.
Does xCloud automatically back up or update Beaver Habit Tracker?
xCloud does not automatically update the image — it is pinned by immutable digest, and a catalog re-sync affects new installations only. The template does enable Beaver Habit Tracker's own daily application-level backups inside beaverhabits_data, which complement but do not replace xCloud's own server and volume backups.
What are the server requirements?
The template manifest asks for 512 MB of RAM, one CPU core and 5 GB of disk as a floor. This page sells the 6 GB tier, comfortable headroom above that floor.
What survives a restart?
Everything on beaverhabits_data, because it is a persistent named volume. Restarting the containers does not touch your account, habits, completion history, notes or tags.

No. No official partnership or endorsement between xCloud and the Beaver Habit Tracker project has been verified. This is a deployment and server-management option for the open-source Beaver Habit Tracker project.
Can I cancel anytime?
