Deploy Jellystat hosting and run a self-hosted media statistics dashboard that records playback history, library statistics and per-user activity for your Jellyfin or Emby server. xCloud starts the pinned community image beside a private PostgreSQL database, generates the session secret and database password, and serves it over HTTPS on your domain. Register the first admin account right away, then connect your media server.
Jellystat is a free, open-source statistics app for Jellyfin, released under the MIT licence. Upstream lists session monitoring and logging, statistics for libraries and users, watch history, user overview and activity, library item sync, backup and restore, and a Jellyfin statistics plugin integration. The template description also covers Emby. A self-hosted Jellystat answers who is watching what on your server, in the same space as Tautulli does for Plex.
On xCloud the template runs the community cyfershepard/jellystat 1.1.12 image and PostgreSQL 18.1, both pinned by digest, with two volumes, jellystat_postgres and jellystat_backup_data. It does not include Jellyfin or Emby: you enter your server's URL and an API key in the setup wizard. Upstream notes the project is still in development and its maintainer plans a rebuild, so treat 1.1.12 as a stable pin rather than a promise of new releases.
A Jellystat stack normally means an app container, a PostgreSQL database, a generated secret, volumes, a domain and a certificate before the first play is logged. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick Jellystat from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server, and set the timezone (default Etc/UTC) — the only install field.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the Jellystat image and a private PostgreSQL 18.1 database kept off the public internet, mount the jellystat_postgres and jellystat_backup_data volumes, generate the database password and JWT secret, and publish it over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
After the first boot (about a minute), open your HTTPS Jellystat URL, register the first account, then enter your Jellyfin or Emby URL and API key straight away to finish setup.
Jellystat runs in full here: a statistics dashboard for your own media server, backed by a database you own.
Jellystat monitors sessions on your media server and logs them, so playback is recorded as it happens.
A history of what was played, kept in the PostgreSQL database rather than lost when a session ends.
Statistics for all libraries and users, with a user overview and activity for each person on the server.
Jellystat can back up and restore its own data; backup files live on the jellystat_backup_data volume.
Library items are synced automatically from your media server, so the statistics follow what is in your libraries.
Once the first account and server connection exist, unauthenticated API calls and wrong passwords were rejected in testing.
Managed hosting for Jellystat, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Review sessions, watch history and per-user activity for your Jellyfin or Emby server.
Look at statistics for each library to see which collections people actually play.
Store playback records in PostgreSQL you control instead of relying on a hosted analytics service.
Use the app's backup and restore to move your history between installs.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.

Yes. For Jellystat Docker hosting the template runs the community cyfershepard/jellystat 1.1.12 image and a PostgreSQL 18.1 sidecar, both pinned by digest. The web UI, REST API and Socket.IO share one HTTPS endpoint on port 3000, and the database publishes no port.
Jellystat is open source under the MIT licence, so the dashboard has no licence fee. Upstream warns that the project is in development and may behave oddly. You pay xCloud for the Cloud VPS plus the deployment; your Jellyfin or Emby server is separate.
The manifest asks for 256 MB of RAM, one CPU core and 10 GB of disk across the app and PostgreSQL. Disk grows with the playback history you record. The 6 GB plan on this page sits far above that floor and leaves plenty of room for a long history.
No. Jellystat only reads statistics from a media server you already run, and neither Jellyfin nor Emby is installed by this template. In the setup wizard you enter that server's URL and an API key for a server you trust, so it must be reachable from this one.
Wait about a minute for first boot, then open your HTTPS address and register the first admin account immediately. Until that account exists, anyone who can reach the URL can claim it. Then connect your Jellyfin or Emby URL and API key; login is required on later visits.
Back up jellystat_postgres and jellystat_backup_data together while the stack is stopped or quiesced, and restore both with the same application version. Jellystat's own in-app backups land in the second volume. Large restore uploads through the web UI may need a higher proxy limit.
Jellystat 1.1.12 and PostgreSQL 18.1 are both pinned, so a newer catalog entry never alters a running site. Copy both volumes first, read the upstream notes, and only then select a later template version. To roll back, restore the earlier images together with their matching backups.
Upstream's README says its maintainer is rebuilding the project from the ground up and that, for a while, it will not be updated beyond a few major bug fixes. This template pins 1.1.12. Expect stability rather than new features, and check the repository before relying on future releases.
Yes. Jellystat cloud use gives the dashboard and its PostgreSQL database a dedicated Cloud VPS with your domain and certificate. A server rented elsewhere can be enrolled as self-managed. The media server you track only needs to be reachable from it.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
