From Sign-Up to Live Analytics In Just 3 Easy Steps
Self-hosting Rybbit normally means Docker Compose, a ClickHouse database, a DNS record and a setup script. This is the same result without any of that.
Step 01
Sign Up
Create your xCloud account and pick Rybbit from the OneClick catalog. Takes 30 seconds — no Docker, no setup script, no server to prepare.
Step 02
We Deploy It On Your Domain
Click one button. We provision the server, bring up Rybbit and its ClickHouse database, point your subdomain at it and issue the SSL certificate tracking scripts require.
Step 03
Add Your Site And Paste The Snippet
Add a website in the Rybbit dashboard, drop the tracking snippet into your pages, and watch the realtime view fill up.
Not Just Pageviews — A Full Analytics Suite Without The Cookie Banner
Rybbit is cookieless by default and still answers the questions a product team actually asks, from what someone clicked to why they left.
Autocapture
Clicks, form submits, copied text, outbound links and errors are recorded without you instrumenting each one by hand.
Session Replay
Watch back a real session when a funnel number does not make sense, instead of guessing at what the visitor saw.
Funnels & User Journeys
Follow the path people actually take through your site, and see the step where they stop taking it.
Web Vitals
LCP, INP, CLS, FCP and TTFB measured from real visits, so performance work is aimed at what your users experience.
Realtime, Goals & Retention
A live view of what is happening now, plus goals, custom events, retention and error tracking for what happened over time.
Cookieless By Default
No cookies set for tracking, with bot blocking built in, so the numbers are about people rather than crawlers.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

Blaine MooreFrequently Asked Questions
Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
What is Rybbit?
Rybbit is an open-source, privacy-friendly web analytics app that its authors describe as an alternative to Google Analytics that is 10x more intuitive. It is cookieless by default and covers autocapture, session replay, conversion funnels, user journeys, Web Vitals, realtime data, goals, retention and error tracking. It is licensed AGPL-3.0.
Can you self-host Rybbit?
Yes, and it is designed for it. Self-hosting normally means a server with at least 2 GB of RAM, Docker Compose, a subdomain with a DNS A record pointed at it, and running the project's setup script so Caddy can issue an SSL certificate. On xCloud all of that is a OneClick deploy: the server, the database, the domain and the certificate are handled for you in about five minutes.
Is self-hosting cheaper than Rybbit Cloud?
Not for a small site, and we would rather say so. Rybbit's own cloud starts at $13 a month billed annually, and this plan is $24.99 a month. What you get for the difference is a server with no event limit, no retention tier and no per-site pricing, holding data on infrastructure you control and can run other apps on. If you have one low-traffic site and no objection to a hosted dashboard, their cloud is the cheaper answer.
Do I need cookie consent banners?
Rybbit is cookieless by default, which is the reason many teams move to it. Whether a banner is required still depends on your jurisdiction and on what else you load, so treat that as a question for whoever signs off your privacy policy rather than as advice from a hosting page.
Do I need technical skills?
No. There is no terminal, no Docker Compose file to edit and no setup script to run. You pick a plan, we deploy, and you paste a tracking snippet into your site the same way you would with any analytics tool.
Will it handle my traffic?
Rybbit stores events in ClickHouse, which is built for exactly this and is comfortable well beyond what most sites produce. Upstream asks for a 2 GB minimum; this plan is 6 GB so the database and the app both have room under real traffic rather than only clearing the documented floor. Move up a size if your event volume grows.
Can I track more than one website?
Yes, as many as you like. Self-hosted Rybbit has no per-site plan tier, so adding another property costs nothing beyond the events it sends.
Who owns the data?
You do. Events land in a database on your own server, so there is no third party holding your visitor data and no export process to go through if you want it elsewhere. Backups run on the schedule you set.
What licence is Rybbit under?
AGPL-3.0. It is genuinely open source, but it is a copyleft licence rather than a permissive one like MIT, which is worth knowing if you plan to modify it and offer it onward as a service.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
