Deploy Tymeslot hosting and run your own booking pages with calendar sync, video meeting links and automated emails, on a domain you control instead of a closed scheduling service. xCloud runs the pinned Tymeslot 1.22.0 image with its bundled PostgreSQL, takes the SMTP details you enter at install, generates the secret and encryption keys that protect stored calendar credentials, and publishes it over HTTPS.
Tymeslot is scheduling software that stays yours: booking pages, calendar sync, video rooms and automated emails running on your own server. Upstream is built on Elixir and Phoenix LiveView, calls Calendly closed SaaS, and says the source stays public and self-hostable under the GNU AGPLv3. A self-hosted Tymeslot is the alternative to a closed scheduling service, and the first account you create becomes the admin.
On xCloud it is Tymeslot 1.22.0 with PostgreSQL built into the same container, on two volumes: tymeslot_data and tymeslot_pg. New accounts must verify their email and the app has no option to skip it, so working SMTP details are required at install. Anyone can register until you set REGISTRATION_ENABLED to false; booking pages stay public so guests can book.
Self-hosting a scheduler normally means an application server, a database, SMTP configuration, a reverse proxy and a certificate before a single booking page works. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account, pick Tymeslot from the OneClick catalog, and fill in your SMTP host, port, username, password and From address — required because Tymeslot cannot skip email verification.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the pinned Tymeslot 1.22.0 image, generate the session secret, calendar-credential encryption key and database password, mount both volumes, and publish it over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
Register the first account — it becomes the administrator — and click the verification link emailed through your SMTP server. Connect a calendar and share your booking page.
Tymeslot runs in full here — the open-source scheduler is complete, and your bookings and calendar credentials sit on infrastructure you control.
Guests pick a duration and a time slot on your public page and get a confirmation email.
Google, Outlook and CalDAV integrations write a confirmed booking to your connected calendar with the guest as attendee.
Every new account must verify its email before first login, enforced through your own SMTP server.
Bookings, accounts and stored calendar credentials stay on your server, protected by a generated encryption key.
No separate database service to run — PostgreSQL ships inside the same container with its own persistent volume.
Uploads and app data, plus the database, both live on persistent named volumes that survive a restart.
Managed hosting for Tymeslot, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Share a public booking page where people pick a duration and a free slot, without an email exchange.
Connect a Google, Outlook, iCloud or CalDAV calendar so booked times and busy times line up.
Include a video meeting link and confirmation emails in each booking, sent through your own SMTP server.
Keep bookings, calendar credentials and guest details on your server rather than in a closed SaaS account.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

Yes. Upstream's quick start is a single docker run with Postgres bundled, and this template is Tymeslot Docker hosting already set up: the 1.22.0 image, two volumes, generated keys and HTTPS. It is your own Tymeslot cloud scheduler with no external database.
The xCloud template asks for 1024 MB RAM, a single core and 5 GB storage; idle use on QA was about 480 MiB with PostgreSQL included. This page begins at 6 GB, with headroom for the database and email jobs.
Yes, AGPL-3.0 means the software itself carries no fee. Billing covers the Cloud VPS, and your mail provider charges for any sending. The server can be cancelled whenever you wish. Booking data and calendar credentials stay on your own volumes.
Tymeslot requires every new account to verify its email address before the first login and has no option to skip it, so a working SMTP server is needed to sign in at all. If the email does not arrive, correct the SMTP values and redeploy.
Register on your HTTPS URL; the first account becomes the administrator. Click the verification link sent to your inbox, then sign in. Register right away, because until you close registration anyone who can reach the site could create an account.
Yes. After registering, add REGISTRATION_ENABLED=false in the Environment editor and redeploy. Booking pages themselves remain public so guests can book. Basic Auth at your access layer would also block guests, so use it only if the booking pages should be private too.
Yes, with ALLOW_PRIVATE_IPS_FOR_CALENDAR=true in the Environment editor, for example for a local Radicale or Nextcloud. Public HTTPS calendar servers, such as Google, Outlook, iCloud and hosted CalDAV, connect as they are. A mail server with a private or self-signed certificate needs SMTP_TLS_VERIFY=none.
SECRET_KEY_BASE, DATA_ENCRYPTION_KEY and POSTGRES_PASSWORD must stay unchanged after the first start. DATA_ENCRYPTION_KEY protects stored calendar credentials, and POSTGRES_PASSWORD is applied to the built-in database only on its first start, so editing it later breaks the connection.
Back up both volumes, tymeslot_data and tymeslot_pg, plus the generated secret, encryption key and database password. The encryption key is needed to read stored calendar credentials after a restore. Stop the app for a consistent database copy and test a restore.
The install stays on pinned 1.22.0 until you adopt a newer template version. Back up both volumes and keys, scan upstream's release notes, then redeploy and open a booking page. Existing sites are never upgraded automatically.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Your booking pages, your calendar sync, your rules — live once your first account verifies.
