Deploy HyperDX hosting and run a self-hosted observability platform that keeps your logs and traces on a server you control. xCloud runs the pinned HyperDX 2.41.0 images with ClickHouse, MongoDB and an OpenTelemetry collector, generates the database passwords and session secrets, mounts persistent volumes and publishes the UI over HTTPS. You send telemetry over OTLP HTTP or gRPC and search it in one place.
Self-hosted HyperDX is an open source observability platform and a core component of ClickStack. Its README says it helps engineers quickly figure out why production is broken by making it easy to search and visualize logs and traces on top of ClickHouse, imagining Kibana for ClickHouse, with metrics and session replays correlated in one place, alerts, live tail and OpenTelemetry support. It stands in for a hosted service such as Datadog, under the MIT licence.
On xCloud the template runs the hyperdx/hyperdx 2.41.0 image with ClickHouse, MongoDB and the ClickStack OpenTelemetry collector, all pinned by immutable digest, with mongo_data and clickhouse_data volumes. The UI is published over HTTPS, and the OTLP ports are published on the server IP, which you open in your own firewall.
A HyperDX stack normally means the app, ClickHouse, MongoDB and a collector wired together with secrets, volumes, a domain and a certificate. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick HyperDX from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server — there are no extra fields to fill in.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the upstream HyperDX images, pinned by immutable digest, with ClickHouse and MongoDB kept off the public internet, mount the mongo_data and clickhouse_data volumes, generate the database passwords and session secrets, and publish the UI over HTTPS. Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the databases to initialise.
Step 03
Open your HTTPS HyperDX URL and register the first account straight away — it becomes the administrator. Then copy the Ingestion API key from Team Settings and point your OpenTelemetry SDK or collector at the OTLP endpoints on the credentials card.
HyperDX runs in full here: a single UI for searching telemetry, backed by ClickHouse storage you own.
Upstream describes HyperDX as correlating and searching logs, metrics, session replays and traces in one place, so you are not hopping between tools to piece together an incident.
Full-text and property search such as level:err, with SQL optional, plus live tail to follow the freshest logs and traces.
Send OTLP over HTTP or gRPC to the bundled OpenTelemetry collector, authenticated with the team Ingestion API key.
Upstream lists dashboards for high-cardinality events and alerts you can set up in a few clicks.
ClickHouse and MongoDB have no published host ports and are reachable only inside the install's private network.
The first account becomes the administrator and registration then closes; add users with an invite link from Team Settings.
Managed hosting for HyperDX, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Send OpenTelemetry logs and traces to HyperDX and search them in a single UI instead of switching between separate tools.
Logs, traces and accounts live in volumes on a server you control, rather than with a hosted observability vendor.
Register the first administrator, then invite teammates from Team Settings so everyone searches the same data.
Point any OpenTelemetry SDK or collector at the OTLP HTTP or gRPC endpoint and authenticate with the team Ingestion API key.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

The manifest asks for 2 CPU cores, 2048 MB of RAM and 10 GB of disk, and QA measured about 660 MiB idle. Telemetry volume drives real use, so the 6 GB Cloud VPS sold on this page leaves real headroom, and the disk grows with retained data.
Yes. HyperDX is MIT licensed, per the LICENSE file at the @hyperdx/[email protected] tag, so no licence fee applies. The xCloud bill is the dedicated Cloud VPS, and your telemetry stays on your own volumes rather than with a hosted vendor.
Yes, and this is HyperDX Docker hosting prepared for you: the template runs the upstream hyperdx/hyperdx 2.41.0 image with ClickHouse, MongoDB and an OpenTelemetry collector, all pinned by immutable digest, so it works as HyperDX cloud hosting on your own VPS.
HyperDX is an open source observability UI built on ClickHouse with OpenTelemetry support. Its README stresses searching logs and traces, Kibana for ClickHouse, with session replays, live tail and alerts. SigNoz has its own xCloud page, so compare the two there.
Register the first account on the site; it becomes the administrator and team owner, and registration then closes. Register straight after install, because until someone does, anyone who finds the URL could claim that account. Add users with an invite link from Team Settings.
Copy the Ingestion API key from Team Settings, then point your OpenTelemetry SDK or collector at the OTLP HTTP or gRPC endpoint on the credentials card and send the key in the authorization header. Ingest requires that key, so send one test log first.
They are published on the server's public IP, but xCloud does not open firewall ports. Open them in your own firewall or cloud security group only for the clients that send telemetry, and keep the Ingestion API key private. Rotating the key invalidates the old one.
The first start takes about two to three minutes while the databases initialise. If the page does not load, wait a minute and refresh. ClickHouse and MongoDB have no host ports, and only the UI and the two OTLP ports are published.
Stored Slack and OAuth tokens become unreadable, so leave TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_KEY as generated. Editing the two database passwords in the environment also does not change the ones stored in the data volumes, so leave those alone as well.
The mongo_data volume for accounts and settings and the clickhouse_data volume for logs, traces and metrics, plus the generated environment values. Copy both off the server, keep the secrets private, and test a restore, since the volumes keep the original passwords.
Nothing upgrades it for you: the install stays on pinned release 2.41.0 until you adopt a newer template version. Take backups of both volumes first, read the upstream release notes, then check sign-in and that a recent log is still searchable afterwards.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
