VoucherVault hosting on xCloud lets you deploy VoucherVault, a Django web app for storing vouchers, coupons, gift cards and loyalty cards digitally, on your own domain. xCloud runs the pinned community image with a private Redis, keeps your database on a persistent volume, creates the administrator with a generated password and publishes it over HTTPS. Expiry reminders go out through Apprise, so no mail server is needed.
VoucherVault is a Django web application for storing and managing vouchers, coupons, loyalty cards and gift cards digitally. It is a mobile-optimised portal with PWA support and an offline mode, shows redeem codes as QR codes or barcodes, lets you scan codes with a camera, tracks gift card transactions, attaches images and PDFs, shares items between users and sends expiry reminders through Apprise. A self-hosted VoucherVault is a private gift card tracker on your own server. The licence is GPL-3.0.
On xCloud it is VoucherVault 1.30.3, the community image l4rm4nd/vouchervault pinned by digest, with Redis 7.4 for background tasks. The vouchervault_database volume holds your data. xCloud creates the admin account with a generated password, and there is no public sign-up: you add other users from the admin area. Reminders use per-user notification URLs.
A VoucherVault stack normally means an app container, a message broker, a volume with the right ownership, a generated password, a domain and a certificate before the first card is saved. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick VoucherVault from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server — there are no extra fields to fill in.
Step 02
One click. We bring up the community VoucherVault image, pinned by immutable digest, beside a private Redis 7.4 broker that is never published, mount the vouchervault_database volume for the SQLite database and uploads, generate the administrator password, and publish the app over HTTPS on your domain.
Step 03
The first boot runs migrations and can take a minute or two. Then open your HTTPS VoucherVault URL, sign in as admin with the generated password from the installation credentials, change the password from the user menu and add your first voucher or gift card.
VoucherVault runs in full here: a mobile-friendly web app for your vouchers and cards, with data kept on a server you control.
Store vouchers, coupons, gift cards and loyalty cards together, and track transaction history on gift cards.
Redeem codes are displayed as QR codes or barcodes, and codes can be scanned during item creation with a camera or an uploaded file.
Each user adds Apprise notification URLs in their profile to receive expiry notifications, so no mail server is needed.
Attach images or PDFs to an item. This install accepts jpg, jpeg, png and pdf files up to 5 MB each.
Several people can have their own accounts and share items between users; optional single sign-on through OpenID Connect is supported upstream.
A mobile-optimised web portal with PWA support and light and dark themes, available in English, German, French and Italian.
Managed hosting for VoucherVault, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Add each card with its expiry date and get a reminder 30 days before and again 7 days before, so a balance is spent before it lapses.
Open a voucher on your phone and display its redeem code as a QR code or barcode, so you do not dig through screenshots in the shop.
Share a voucher or gift card with another user on your instance, so a household uses the same card without passing codes around in chat.
Record transactions on a gift card, so the remaining balance is known before you reach the checkout.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

The floor in the template is 512 MB of RAM, 1 CPU core and 2 GB of disk, covering the Django app, its scheduler and Redis. The 6 GB plan is generous; only attachments grow the disk.
Yes, and this template is vouchervault docker hosting without the setup: the community image and Redis pinned by digest, one database volume, a generated secret and administrator password and HTTPS on your own domain, with no mail server.
Upstream sends notifications through Apprise, with a reminder 30 days before expiry by default and a final one 7 days before, checked daily. Add your own notification URLs under your profile in the app; no mail server is needed.
Yes. Upstream displays redeem codes as QR codes or barcodes of many types, and can scan one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes with a camera or an uploaded file when you create an item. Scanning needs camera permission.
No. There is no public sign-up. Sign in as admin with the generated password, then add other users from the admin area. Change the admin password inside the app, because editing it in the Environment editor later does nothing.
For keeping cards, vouchers and gift cards in one place, yes. Upstream describes a self-hosted manager with expiry reminders and QR or barcode display, and makes no comparison with loyalty apps. You run the server and backups yourself.
Yes. VoucherVault uses the GPL-3.0 licence at no charge. Your cost is the Cloud VPS, so this VoucherVault cloud install keeps every voucher code and gift card on a server you control. No per-card fees apply.
Back up the vouchervault_database volume, which holds your items, users and attachments, and keep a copy off the server. Keep SECRET_KEY unchanged, since a new value signs every user out. Test a restore before relying on the copy.
VoucherVault stays on its pinned 1.30.3 image until a newer template version is adopted. Copy the database volume first and check the release notes. Upgrades never run automatically, and redeploying keeps your items in place.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
