Yuvomi Hosting Live In 5 Minutes

Deploy Yuvomi on xCloud and get Yuvomi hosting to run the whole household's planning from a server you own. xCloud runs the pinned official image, generates the session and database-encryption secrets, mounts separate volumes for data, backups, modules and documents and publishes it over HTTPS in minutes. You create the first administrator on first visit, then add the rest of the family.

What is Yuvomi?

Yuvomi is one private home for everything that keeps a household running: tasks, calendar, budget, groceries, meals, documents and more. A self-hosted Yuvomi puts nineteen independent modules in one app for a single household of up to six people, instead of a dozen paid apps with separate accounts, as upstream describes it. Upstream lists optional AES-256 database encryption and says the only thing that leaves your server is a version check. It is licensed under the MIT licence.

On xCloud the install runs Yuvomi 2.65.2, pinned by digest, as one container with an embedded SQLite database encrypted by a key xCloud generates. Four volumes hold yuvomi_data, yuvomi_backups, yuvomi_modules and yuvomi_documents. There is no default account, so you complete the first-visit setup yourself. Calendar providers, external storage, weather, SMTP and notifications stay off until you add them.

From Sign-Up to a Live Family Planner In Just 3 Easy Steps

A family planner normally means a container, encryption secrets, four volumes, a domain and a certificate before the first task. This is the same result without assembling any of it.

  1. Step 01

Create your xCloud account and pick Yuvomi from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server. There is nothing else to fill in: xCloud generates the session secret and the database-encryption key.

  2. Step 02

    We Deploy It For You

One click. We bring up the official Yuvomi 2.65.2 image, pinned by immutable digest, mount the yuvomi_data, yuvomi_backups, yuvomi_modules and yuvomi_documents volumes, and publish it over HTTPS on your domain.

  3. Step 03

    Create The First Administrator

Open your domain and complete Yuvomi's first-visit setup to create the household's administrator, then add the rest of the family from the administration settings. Keep the setup URL private until the administrator exists.

Everything Yuvomi Does, On Your Own Server

Yuvomi runs in full here: tasks, calendars, shopping, meals, documents and budgets, on encrypted storage you own.

  • Tasks And Calendars

Household tasks and shared calendars for everyone in the family.

  • Shopping And Meals

Shopping lists and meal planning in the same place.

  • Documents And Budgets

Keep family documents and budgets together, with uploads on their own volume.

  • Encrypted Database

Embedded SQLite with SQLCipher encryption, keyed by a secret xCloud generates at install.

  • Integrations When You Want Them

Calendar providers, external document storage, weather, SMTP and notifications stay off until you add their variables.

  • Four Volumes

Data, backups, modules and local documents persist separately on their own named volumes.

Yuvomi vs Alternatives

A dozen paid household apps
Upstream pitches Yuvomi against gluing a household together from many paid apps, each with its own account and copy of your data. Yuvomi gives tasks, calendar, budget and more in one app.
KitchenOwl
In a Yuvomi vs KitchenOwl comparison, KitchenOwl has its own OneClick page. Its catalogue entry describes grocery lists, recipe management, meal planning, household collaboration and expense tracking.
Donetick
Donetick has its own OneClick page. Its catalogue entry describes shared chores and recurring tasks for a household, with flexible schedules and assignments, a narrower tool than a full planner.
Grocy
Grocy has its own OneClick page. It is a household tool with stock tracking, best-before dates, recipes, chores and shopping lists, aimed at groceries and the pantry.

Hear what people are saying about us

See why agencies, developers, startups, and growing businesses choose xCloud to power their projects.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian Geovanny
I've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.

I'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting

xCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.

xCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.

Trust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍

So far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.

Came from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson El
I've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony Lewis
I came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowell
I like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose

Dear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Can you self-host Yuvomi with Docker?

Yes, and this template is Yuvomi Docker hosting without the setup. Upstream runs as a container on any home server; here xCloud runs the pinned ghcr.io ulsklyc/yuvomi 2.65.2 image, four named volumes, generated secrets and HTTPS on your domain.

How much RAM does Yuvomi need?

The template asks for 1 GiB of RAM, 1 CPU core and 5 GiB of disk as a floor for Yuvomi. The 6 GB plan is the entry rung here, with room for documents and uploads as the household's files accumulate.

Where is the Yuvomi admin password?

There is no default account. The first visit runs Yuvomi's setup flow to create the household administrator, so open the URL straight after install and keep it private until that is done. Then add family members in the administration settings.

What is the Yuvomi upload limit?

Uploads default to 5 MB, and MAX_UPLOAD_MB (1 to 100) raises it from the environment editor. Yuvomi buffers uploads as base64, inflating requests by about 1.4 times, and the xCloud proxy caps a request at 100 MB, so keep MAX_UPLOAD_MB at 65 or lower.

Why must the Yuvomi encryption key stay the same?

The SQLite database is encrypted with the key generated at install. Retain it with your backup recovery plan, because without it the data is unreadable. Do not change or lose it, and store it somewhere other than the server.

How many people can use Yuvomi?

Upstream describes it as one household of up to six people. You add the remaining family members from the administration settings after the first-visit setup. It is not designed as a multi-household service, so run a separate install for each household.

What should I back up on a Yuvomi server?

Back up yuvomi_data, yuvomi_backups, yuvomi_modules and yuvomi_documents together from a consistent state, plus the database-encryption key. Files on external WebDAV or similar storage are not covered, and migrations move forward only, so a restore needs a matching backup of the same version.

How do I upgrade Yuvomi?

2.65.2 remains pinned until you take a newer template version. Take and verify a fresh backup first, because migrations move forward and a rollback may need the matching pre-upgrade copy. Running sites are never upgraded.

Is Yuvomi free?

Yes. Yuvomi is MIT licensed, per the LICENSE file at the v2.65.2 tag, so the code costs nothing. The only recurring expense is the dedicated Cloud VPS that holds the household's data, so there is no per-member fee however many family members you add.

Which Yuvomi integrations are enabled?

None. Calendar providers, external document storage, weather, SMTP, notifications and other integrations stay off until you add their variables. Add only what you need and test each one, because the template does not verify third-party services.

Is there a Yuvomi cloud service?

Not through this page. Yuvomi cloud hosting here means your own planner runs on a Cloud VPS that xCloud prepares, with the encrypted database on volumes you own and no vendor account involved, so the household's data stays with you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
