Deploy Homepage hosting and give your self-hosted services one start page on your own domain. xCloud runs the official Homepage v2.7.0 image as a single container with no database, turns on password sign-in with a generated password, keeps your YAML configuration on a persistent volume and publishes the dashboard over HTTPS in minutes.
Homepage is a customizable application dashboard. It shows groups of services and bookmarks with status indicators and widgets for many self-hosted apps, and it is configured entirely through YAML files. Run on your own server it is a self-hosted start page for a homelab or a small team, released under the GPL-3.0 licence.
On xCloud it is Homepage v2.7.0 as the official image, pinned by digest, running as one container with no database. Sign-in is on from the first start with one generated shared password and no username. There is no web editor: you customise the dashboard by editing the YAML files in the homepage-config volume, and the Docker integration is not available because the container has no Docker socket access, so you list services in services.yaml by hand.
A Homepage setup normally means a container, a session secret, a sign-in password, a config folder, a domain and a certificate before the first bookmark. This is the same result without assembling any of it.
Step 01
Create your xCloud account and pick Homepage from the OneClick catalog. Choose your domain and target server; there are no extra fields to fill in.
Step 02
One click. We start the official Homepage image, pinned by digest, mount the homepage-config volume, generate the sign-in password and session secret and publish the dashboard over HTTPS.
Step 03
Open your HTTPS Homepage URL and sign in with the generated password; there is no username. Then edit settings.yaml, services.yaml, bookmarks.yaml and widgets.yaml in the config volume, for example over SSH. Changes apply without a restart.
Homepage runs in full here: a YAML-configured dashboard on your own domain, behind a sign-in, with its configuration on a volume you own.
Group your services and bookmarks your way on one page, so every self-hosted tool is a click from the same start page.
Show status indicators and widgets for many self-hosted apps next to the links that open them.
Settings, services, bookmarks and widgets live in YAML files, which are easy to copy and keep in version control. Changes apply without a restart.
Sign-in is on from the first start with a generated shared password. There is no username, so share the password only with people you trust.
Store widget API keys as HOMEPAGE_VAR_ entries in the site environment and reference them from the YAML files instead of pasting them in.
Homepage runs as a single container with nothing else to maintain. Its configuration sits on the homepage-config volume.
Managed hosting for Homepage, so the parts that keep it online are not your problem.
Group every service and bookmark on a single page that opens from your own domain.
Put status indicators and widgets next to the apps they describe.
Edit YAML for services, bookmarks and widgets so a setup is easy to copy, version and move.
Give a homelab or small team one password-protected page instead of a list of bookmarks.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!
Brian GeovannyI've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.
Kevin PinedaI'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting
Leo KooHow Cloud Nine Web Elevated Client Experience While Streamlining Hosting Operations using xCloud
Ed EllinghamxCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.
Dumitru ButucelxCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.
Waqar AhmedTrust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍
Rahul SinghSo far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.
Massimo VillaCame from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.
Gerson ElI've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony LewisI came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowellI like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose
David McCanHow Kevin Heinrichs Cut Hosting Costs by 84% While Running WooCommerce & Node.js Sites Efficiently
Kevin HeinrichsI had 150 sites on cloudways and am in the process of moving them to xcloud. Much faster and better priced.
Dan SpinozaDear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.
Rahil MaknojiaCame from runcloud. Tried xcloud and never came back.

Gary MoodyxCloud gave me what no other hosting platform could: the flexibility of a VPS with the convenience of managed WordPress. As a solo founder running an entire business on one server, that combination is an important unfair advantage.
Jorge de los Reyes MartínezI use Server Avatar and xCloud and I'll sooner use xCloud than Server Avatar personally.

Yes, and this template is Homepage Docker hosting without the setup: the official Homepage v2.7.0 image as one container, a persistent homepage-config volume, a generated sign-in password and HTTPS on your own domain.
The template baseline is 256 MB of RAM, 1 CPU core and 1 GB of disk; measured idle use in QA was about 113 MiB. The 6 GB plan is the starting point here, far above that baseline.
Use the generated password shown in the installation credentials. There is no username. The password and the session secret are read from the site environment on every start, so change them there and redeploy; changing the secret signs everyone out.
No. Homepage has no web editor here. You edit settings.yaml, services.yaml, bookmarks.yaml and widgets.yaml in the homepage-config volume, for example over SSH, and changes apply without a restart.
Not on xCloud. The container has no access to the Docker socket, so Docker integration is unavailable. List your services in services.yaml by hand.
No. It runs as a single container, and its configuration and logs live on the homepage-config volume.
Sign-in is on from the first start, and the verify run confirmed the dashboard and API routes require a session. Anyone with the password can use the widget and proxy requests Homepage makes with your configured API keys, so share it only with people you trust. Homepage does not limit password attempts.
Store them as HOMEPAGE_VAR_ entries in the site environment and reference them from the YAML files with Homepage's environment-variable placeholder syntax, so the keys stay out of the config files.
Yes. Homepage is open source under the GPL-3.0 licence, so the software has no licence fee. You are billed only for the dedicated Cloud VPS that hosts it.
Back up the homepage-config volume, which holds your YAML configuration and logs, and keep your environment values. Nothing schedules the copy, so run it yourself.
The install stays on its pinned v2.7.0 image until you adopt a newer template version. Back up homepage-config first and read the upstream release notes. Existing sites are never upgraded automatically.
Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
Connect your first server in minutes. No plan you have to grow into.
