From Sign-Up to a Live Langfuse Project In Just 3 Easy Steps

Self-hosting Langfuse normally means a web service, a worker, four private data services, a domain and a certificate before a single trace lands. This is the same result without assembling any of it.

  1. Step 01

Create your xCloud account and pick Langfuse from the OneClick catalog. Enter a domain and the administrator email and password for the owner account.

  2. Step 02

    We Deploy It For You

One click. We bring up the pinned Langfuse 4.50.0 web and worker images alongside PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse and MinIO, create the owner account, default organization, project and API keys, and publish it over HTTPS on your domain.

  3. Step 03

    Send Your First Trace

Save the login, project IDs and API keys from the protected installation credentials, sign in, then point a v4-compatible SDK or an OpenTelemetry exporter at your site and send a first trace.

Everything Langfuse Does, On Your Own Server

Langfuse runs in full here — the same tracing, evaluation and prompt tooling as any hosted LLM observability service, on infrastructure you control.

  • LLM Call Tracing

Inspect inputs, outputs and latency for every traced LLM application call in a self-hosted UI.

  • v4 SDK And OpenTelemetry Ingestion

Ingest traces with a v4-compatible Langfuse SDK (Python 4.7.0+, JS/TS 5.4.0+) or any OpenTelemetry exporter pointed at /api/public/otel.

  • Prompt Management And Evaluations

Manage prompts and run evaluations alongside the traces they came from, in the same project.

  • Owner Account Created At Install

A generated owner account, default organization, project and API keys are ready the moment the deploy finishes — public sign-up stays disabled.

  • Your Traces, Your Server

Trace data, prompts and settings stay on a server you control instead of a third-party observability account.

  • Five Volumes, Cleanly Split

PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MinIO and Redis each persist on their own volume, all surviving a restart — verified by restarting every container and confirming an ingested trace was still returned.

See why agencies, developers, startups, and growing businesses choose xCloud to power their projects.

xCloud works really well, I am surprised by its performance being this the release version, I have tried many paid platforms such as runcloud, cloudpages or serveravatar, as well as free platforms such as CyberPanel, CloudPanel or Hestia Control Panel and direct competitors such as SpinupWP and FlyWP. Of all those that I have tried, the platform that works best for WordPress is SpinupWP and I believe that xCloud can reach and surpass that development, its roadmap is promising. Congratulations to the xCloud team, I hope they become the leading platform in the segment, it has all the potential to achieve it!

I've been with runcloud for the last 3 years. However, after trying xcloud for the last month, I'm switching over. They are on a roll with their setup.

I'm moving my servers to xCloud, a cloud control panel by M Asif Rahman and the WPDeveloper team. Their roadmap looks interesting and no, there are no team mates nor API limits with xCloud! #xCloud #wordpress #hosting

xCloud is like having an expert server team on call — without the big agency costs. It's given me back my time and given my clients peace of mind. Highly recommended for freelancers and small teams who want reliable performance and security.

xCloud isn't just a solution. It's like one of that friend who got your back when you screw things up pretty bad.

Trust me when I say, once people explore the potential of xCloud they gonna switch from other panels, just keep delivering the best tech, lots of love for the team 😍😍

So far my experience has been smooth like silk. I didn't imagine that configuring and managing a VPS would be so easy. As of today, I have deployed 8 sites. The support is good, and they treat users with respect, even if they ask stupid questions (myself included). For the future, I hope for greater flexibility in scheduled backups and more comprehensive and consistent documentation. I'm sure that within a few months, xCloud will become the leader in its segment. This community is amazing, and the Staff here is super helpful.

Came from cloudways then to runcloud then to xcloud. Looks like I'm staying here.

I've recently taken all of my Vultr-hosted sites and gotten rid of cPanel for them to substitute it with xCloud. I have to say, I'm really impressed with xCloud so far! The interface is definitely the standout feature for me.
Tony Lewis
I came from Cloudways and won't go back. Highly impressed with xCloud. Glad I gave them a chance.
Jared McDowell
I like xCloud better than RunCloud, but one thing I'll point out is that some years ago RunCloud was hungry for business, the support was outstanding, and the community was active and helped each other. Maybe it was sold, there was a change in management, or they stopped being hungry, but the quality of the RunCloud offering declined and it hasn't been moving forward quickly. My point is that currently the xCloud team has the edge and it is theirs to keep or lose

Dear xCloud Team, I have been using xCloud for some time now and am genuinely impressed with its capabilities and the flexibility it offers by allowing users to bring their own VPS for management. It's a fantastic service, and my experience so far has been very positive. Successful migrated 5 sites on a single server. Xcloud migration tool worked great. There were few hiccups with security plugin like MalCare but disabling the plugin prior to migration worked just fine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

What is Langfuse?

Langfuse is an open-source LLM engineering platform for tracing LLM application calls, running evaluations and managing prompts. This template deploys version 4.50.0.

Is Langfuse free?

The core project is free and open source under the MIT licence. Content under its ee/ directories is covered by a separate Langfuse enterprise licence and is not what this template deploys. What you pay xCloud for is the dedicated server it runs on and the management around it.

What makes this different from Langfuse Cloud?

It runs on your own xCloud server, so traces, prompts and API keys stay on infrastructure you control instead of a hosted multi-tenant service.

What does xCloud configure automatically?

The pinned Langfuse web and worker images, a private PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse and MinIO service, the owner account, a default organization, project and API keys, and the HTTPS route on your domain. Only the Langfuse web UI and API are published — the worker and databases stay private.

How do I sign in?

Use the administrator email and password from the installation credentials. Public sign-up is disabled by default, so that login is the way in until you change the setting yourself.

Why does my older SDK fail to send traces?

Langfuse v4 ingests in events-only mode. Use a v4-compatible SDK (Python 4.7.0+, JS/TS 5.4.0+) or an OpenTelemetry exporter at /api/public/otel with the header x-langfuse-ingestion-version: 4 — the legacy /api/public/ingestion endpoint rejects trace and generation events.

Can I open sign-up to my whole team?

Yes. Set AUTH_DISABLE_SIGNUP=false and redeploy to allow sign-up, or keep it disabled and invite members, or use SSO domain enforcement to control who can join.

What runs alongside Langfuse?

A background worker, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse and MinIO (S3-compatible object storage), all private to your server with no public ports.

What are the server requirements?

The template manifest asks for 4 CPU, 16384 MB of RAM and 40 GB of disk as a floor, following upstream's own Docker Compose sizing. This page sells the 16 GB tier to match that floor; measured idle use on QA was about 2.1 GB, rising to about 3.0 GB after ingestion.

What should I back up?

The five named volumes together — PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis and MinIO data — along with your environment values, since the database, ClickHouse, Redis and MinIO passwords only apply on a first empty volume. Stop the stack before a filesystem snapshot.

Does xCloud automatically back up or update Langfuse?

No. The template pins the web and worker images by immutable digest; a catalog re-sync affects new installations only. Read the Langfuse release notes and bump both image tags and digests together when you choose to upgrade.

Is xCloud officially partnered with Langfuse?

No. No official partnership or endorsement between xCloud and the Langfuse project has been verified. This is a deployment and server-management option for the open-source Langfuse project.

Can I run other apps on the same server?

Yes. It is a dedicated Cloud VPS, not a locked appliance, so you can deploy other OneClick apps or your own sites beside it as long as the resources are there.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in — cancel any time. Hosting is billed monthly and charged for what you actually use, so when you delete the server the unused balance is refunded to your account, less up to 10% in payment-processing fees.
