White Label Plans for LTD Users – xCloud Hosting

xCloud gives LTD users free access to a White Label plan when their LTD package includes the offer. With it, you can manage and sell xCloud hosting under your own brand, with a White Label server limit that matches your LTD package. LTD packages that went on sale from November 2026 (Black Friday 2026 onward) do not include free White Label. LTD packages that went on sale before then still include it. Below you’ll find which packages include it, the server limits, how to claim it, and how to get a bigger free White Label plan.
Complimentary White Label Packages for LTD Users
If your LTD packages include the offer, you get one free White Label plan. Its size depends on the total server limit of those packages. The LTD packages in the two tables below include the offer. Server limits increase with your LTD server limit, so you can grow your branded hosting business.

Which LTD packages include free White Label
Free White Label depends on the LTD package you bought, not on being an LTD user:
- LTD packages that went on sale from November 2026 (Black Friday 2026 onward) do not include free White Label. LTD packages that went on sale before then still include it. The 2024 and 2025 LTD packages above include free White Label, and they still do.
- Plans you already claimed do not change on their own. If you have claimed your free White Label plan, it stays as it is until you switch to a higher free plan yourself (see below).
- If no package includes it, the offer does not show. If none of your LTD packages include the offer, the LTD Exclusive Offer card (“Claim your free white-label subscription”) does not appear on your Whitelabel Subscriptions page. No White Label plan is marked Free with LTD either. The card also does not appear if you already have an active White Label subscription.
- Only LTD packages that include the offer count toward your free White Label plan. Which plan is free for you depends only on the server limit of LTD packages that include the offer.
How to claim your free White Label plan
- In your xCloud dashboard, go to Plans & billing → My Purchases → Whitelabel. The page is titled Whitelabel Subscriptions.
- Find the LTD Exclusive Offer card (“Claim your free white-label subscription”). It shows the White Label plan you can claim and how many servers you can sell with it.
- Click Claim Free Subscription.
- In the Claim Free Plan window, click Claim Plan. There is no charge.
When it works, xCloud shows: “Free subscription activated successfully! You now have lifetime access.”
If you do not see the card, check two things: your LTD packages must include the offer, and you must not already have an active White Label subscription.
How to get a bigger free White Label plan
Which White Label plan is free for you depends on the total server limit of your LTD packages that include the offer. If you add another LTD package that includes it, its server limit adds to that total and can make a higher White Label plan free for you, as shown in the tables above. Server limit from a package without the offer does not change which plan is free for you.
Your current plan does not move up by itself. Because you already have an active White Label subscription, the LTD Exclusive Offer card no longer appears. To switch:
- Go to Plans & billing → My Purchases → Whitelabel (Whitelabel Subscriptions).
- Under Available Plans, select the higher plan marked Free with LTD.
- Click Switch to Free.
- In the Switch to Free Plan window, click Switch to Free. There is no charge, and the change takes effect right away.
When it works, xCloud shows: “Free subscription activated successfully! You now have lifetime access.” Your White Label plan now shows the higher server limit.
Frequently asked questions
Does every LTD package include free White Label?
No. LTD packages that went on sale from November 2026 (Black Friday 2026 onward) do not include free White Label. LTD packages that went on sale before then still include it. This includes the 2024 and 2025 LTD packages listed on this page. If your package does not include it, the free offer does not appear in your dashboard.
I already claimed my free White Label plan. Will it change?
Not on its own. A White Label plan you have already claimed stays as it is until you switch to a higher free plan on the Whitelabel Subscriptions page.
Why do I see “This offer is not available for your current LTD package.”?
The plan you chose is not the one that is free for you. Only one White Label plan is free, and it depends on the total server limit of your LTD packages that include the offer: 2 or more gives Startup (25 servers), 15 or more gives Advanced (60), 50 or more gives Corporate (150), and 100 or more gives Visionary (400). Below 2, no plan is free. Choose the plan marked Free with LTD on the Whitelabel Subscriptions page.
